Bought a handheld shower head July 6th before noon. Asked ace workers what the gpm was for this model and was told they did not know. Bought it thinking it would be a higher pressure shower head (with at least 2.5 gpm ) than we can buy at home in CA. Then found a handheld shower head at Lowe's where the gpm was posted on the box. Returned to ace with the receipt in hand less than two hours later and was told they could not refund the money we paid because it was marked Clearance. I said that I wanted to see the sign that said the item was clearance and the cashier said there wasn't a sign but "I'll put a sign for you!" I asked to speak to the manager and she said SHE was the manager! I offered to ask my husband to come in to see if they might have a different answer for a man. The cashier told me , "Go get your man!" THERE WAS NO CLEARANCE SIGN. WE PAID CASH, we had the receipt and it was less than two hours after the sale. I will never go to ACE AGAIN. read more

They have patio & walkway Stones and grilling supplies. They also have some gardening items. They are a bit limited on space. The staff are sometimes helpful, but not very knowledgeable on what items they do have. They are a "Green Egg" retailer. They do have one of some items. Mostly, many are not available and must be ordered. The grills themselves are more accessible, than their accessories. Disappointing. 2020JUL15 Masks worn, but not properly. Is so turned off by the way they advertise a sale on a product and don't bother to stock it or have it available to buy online. I feel like it is false advertising and just bad business thinking they can trick you into the store. So disappointed and probably am done doing business with Ace. read more

This place is like the Lowes without all the huge pieces of wood, plastic, metal, and everything else you won't go in there to buy. Very organized, clean, and spacious :) there were guys up front ready to help people. Has the "community hardware store" feel to it. If I need anything that might be here I would bypass Lowes just to go here! read more

I frequent the store. Living on this side of town, I would be crazy to fight traffic for 30 minutes each way when I just need a couple of basic items, AND you don't need a GPS to find your way around the store. As you walk through the door, 9 times out of 10 there is someone standing there to ask if you need help finding what you're looking for, you tell them and they take you right to it. Not as many specialty items as the larger stores, but a better feel. Especially good for quick trips if something breaks at the house or you don't have enough screws for your project. read more

I bought 3 craftsman shop vacs and a water nozzle for my hose the. The shop vac comes with a year warranty I had one go out took it back exchanged it they had an attitude but exchanged it the nozzle was ace brand and went out immediately it had on the package satisfaction guaranteed I took it back they said Ace wasn't a good brand and I should get another and wouldn't exchange it with a receipt. Well another shop vac went out I took it back they told me no they wouldn't exchange because I had already brought one back what do u mean I told them I bought 3 here's the receipt with warranty still they said NO they told me to leave the store and not come back I was like why I've done nothing wrong I haven't been loud rude or anything so if u value your warranty don't shop here read more
