She kept raising her voice and insisting my mother "not talk to her like that" despite my mother just saying "what the hell" after looking at her phone and seeing things were messed up. After that, some younger man in the pharmacy said loud enough for us to hear him say "Just send them to the Walgreens across the street. We don't have time for this."
