We especially loved the union jack painted on the sides that made for some great photos to take back home with us. The interior was spectacular too with white leather tufted couches. From the pickup in the parking lot of the Hong Kong airport in a shabby van to the Sampan ride to a "charming fishing village" which was actually 20 excruciating minutes of motoring around the trash strewn Aberdeen harbor on a houseboat where its "captain" sold Hello Kitty heads out of her luggage, to the cheapest room category of the Peninsula Shanghai overlooking the alley instead of a suite overlooking the Bund. All the while charging us over $65,000 for the trip!!! I have used many high end luxury travel agents in the past, and will never use Cazenove & Loyd again. We feel completely taken advantage of.
