Premier Family Health has served as my primary since 2006! I moved to Fort Lauderdale and still made the drive to Wellington because I loved how the office was run and how caring the providers were. Things started to change a year or so ago and now they are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Most of the staff has already left since Innovacare has taken over. Nurse practitioner baptiste is the absolute worst medical professional have ever met in my life! She lacked compassion, she was rude.I'm disrespectful, and did not care to hear a word you had to say. It took her 2 days to get my refills to my pharmacy, and instead of sending three months worth, she only sent one month. I called this morning to have them. Look into that and send the other prescriptions in. I was told it would be taken care of in the prescription would be at the pharmacy sometime today. That did not happen, and in fact, there is a message on the portal that NP Baptiste, instead suggested that I set up an appointment. I only know this because I used my FSA Card to pay deductible, and they did not submit the right paperwork so I had to go find it myself and submit it so the expense would be covered. I sent a message at noon. Letting them know that I did not get the prescription sent to the pharmacy and I see a note then I need to come see them. I have yet to hear back. Well, all good things come to an end, and I believe this is my time. I am so disappointed that such an amazing establishment has turned into this. Save yourself the trouble and do your research and find a reputable doctor's office who actually cares about you and that is not only concerned about the bottom line and collecting those deductibles and office visit claims. read more

Frighteningly incompetent. The first person I saw had paperwork with my name, but someone else's personal information. The second person I saw did not swab my nose per the instructions that I've subsequently read online, resulting in a false negative COVID test result, and subsequent mistreatment for a bacterial infection that I did not have. The third person I saw did not know how to pronounce the name of a popular over-the-counter decongestant, for persons afflicted with high blood pressure. Additionally, the clinic was unable to wire or fax my prescription to my local pharmacy, requiring two trips to the pharmacy to obtain the prescription for the antibiotic for bacterial infection that I did not have. read more

The folks working here are some of the nicest and professional staff I have uncounted anywhere. After leaving the military health establishment where everything is mandated for you, the civilian system can be challenging. One staff member stands out, helping my wife and I when confronted with confusing avenues to travel! Ms. Venus has stepped up to help us in every way she can. I understand that Tricare can be a mess to deal with, but I truly wish that the staff were trained properly instead of staring at me with vacant expressions and telling me there is just nothing they can do ((even though this is what they actually for for a living)) This is so disheartening, especially when my son is in pain. So because these girls are not trained properly, not only did I have to leave--but also had to pay 40$ for a Covid test. Which are free, like everywhere. Way to go guys. read more

Daughter needed a covid test to see if she was still postive for school release. This place was available for test for people with no symptoms on weekend so I scheduled appointment and paid $75 to get test. When I called today to get a detailed bill with CPT code so I can send to insurance company for claim I was told this place does not offer this and I should have read website better as it explained. My kids are in Melbourne Florida with there grandparents. while vacationing with my in-laws my youngest thought it would me cool to stick something in his ear.. when we got back to the kids my son had thick yellowish colored stuff oozing out of his ear. Alarmed we rushed him into the nearest ER, thats where we came to premier urgent care. They notified us they didn't take our insurance and to my surprise turned us away. I received an MRI on 4/1/22 ordered by Premier Urgent Care. They called me with the results (I had two meniscus tears) and told me that I would be referred to a specialist. A week went by and I still had not heard from anyone, so I gave them a call. They told me that they had already faxed a referral over to a Dr. L back on the 5th. So I gave Dr. L a call and they had no idea what I was talking about, and claimed that they had never received a referral. So I called them back, and they told me I could come in and pick up a physical copy. I get there and they cannot find it. After searching for a while they told me they would make a note and get a new copy for me first thing in the morning, because the person in charge of referrals was gone. This was on the 14th. It is now the 22nd and I still have not heard anything from them. Terrible experience, and I will not be back. read more

My 11 year old was having an ear ache..after several attempts of ear drops without success I brought him in to this location today (sunday). The waiting area is outside so it is very hot but you can also sit in your car and they will call you when it's your time. Kenneth Rice. PA-C is who helped us. He was professional and kind in explaining what was going on in my sons ear. Gave us a prescription and off we went. Dr Granberry is the most caring, compassionate and competent doctor I have ever known. She has gotten me through an entire year of challenging medical issues. Never having had a major illness or any surgeries and having always been really healthy, the last year has been pretty miserable. She has been aggressive in getting to the root of the two very different problems and I have felt very supported every step of the way. I'll start off by sharing the positive experiences as I truly believe that these individuals that are working in medical offices during this time are TRUE HERO's. PRO'S: Kind, helpful receptionist. I did not catch her name but she was working on June 19th at noon. The doctor, Sarah Jane was amazing as well. Very sweet. The X-ray tech -- amazing. CON'S: The nurse that brought me back... Her name was JOYCE. Started off condescending, non-empathetic, and just plain rude. When she prompted me to get on the scale I asked her if I just step on the scale or if I have to remove my shoes first. Her reply, in exact words was "Well, how can I get your weight if you don't step on the scale?". This was just one of the many inappropriate comments, gestures, body language exhibited by Joyce. Needless to say, I was glad when she left the room and I was finished with her. I'm writing this review because I don't think it's fair to judge an entire establishment over one rude employee. However, as unfortunate as it is, I will not be returning. When people go to an urgent care facility, they are scared, they are confused, they don't know what's wrong. Dealing with a rude nurse is the last thing these people need. Otherwise, it was a great experience overall. read more

- Friendly, courteous staff. - Quick in-and-out time. On a Wednesday, I was in at 6:25pm and out at 7:10pm... That's a good 30+ minutes faster then my regular physician's office! ...Which is kind of backwards. - They say they accept a lot of health insurances- I have Health First and it was accepted with my normal copay rates. - They take emergency visits, sick visits, and physicals. Yes, those are all PROs, but the 2-star review is for a MAJOR CON: - The PA started explaining his solution to me by saying "Well, 27 years ago we would just..." Um... NO! I don't want you to just do what you did almost 3 decades ago. The medical field is one of the fastest changing and I can't trust that just because you did something 27 years ago that it's okay for now or right for me. In other words, he was quick to prescribe me a z-pack telling me I had a "cold", instead of giving me a true diagnosis. If you don't mind - or even want - to just be handed antibiotics and walked out the door, then by all means, you'll find that here. But if you want a true diagnosis and a doctor who will take the time to listen to you and figure out what the hell is going on and then find the best and most appropriate solution (even if that means telling you that it's viral and you just have to wait it out), then go elsewhere! read more

Went in with my husband who was horribly sick after already missing several days of work. The front desk receptionist/nurse was horribly rude - She acted so annoyed that we were delaying her talking to her fellow nurse, and she kept interjecting with her weekend story while I was trying to get the forms for my husband to fill out. I didn't catch a name, because she didn't offer it or greet us, but she has shoulder length dark hair. Seriously beyond rude. The doctor was very typical of urgent care - She was very pleasant, but was in and out of the the room within one or two minutes after we had waited for an hour. She prescribed an antibiotic without providing any explanation, etc. Just because she sees the same ol' cold and flu constantly, doesn't mean we don't have questions. read more

I have needed medical assistance from the fine staff, nurses, and physicians at this urgent care facility in Suntree. From accidents in the kitchen, ouch! To flu bugs that just wont go away. Went in today for a work physical. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous to me and from what I observed while waiting, to the other people in there as well. The nurse that brought me back and was a bit curt, but not rude either; she was there to do her job and not for chit chat. No problem. The P.A. I saw was very friendly and got the exam done quickly and walked me to the front to stamp my paperwork and get me checked out, but yet a very nice lady. Only downside, if you want to call it that, was the wait, which is why I didn't give five stars. 90 minutes start to finish. But, it's not that bad considering I'm able to walk in, without an appointment, and get seen by a doctor. I've waited longer at a primary care physician's office WITH an appointment! I'll go back to Premier again without any hesitation. read more

I'm sorry we interrupted you while you were showing ur coworkers photos of your dogs, I do love pets but also appreciate attentive service when trying to make sure my partner isnt sick. Being a pandemic and before the holidays it took us so much convincing to get my partner into the office, and than to be spoken to rudely and be left waiting in anxiety we were uncomfortable and spoken down upon. Thank you for rolling your eyes at me, and thank you for being rude to my mother in law. Your the front desk and the face of the urgent care, and unfortunately you are suppose to do your job Miss Scrooge. You were unknowing about the referral we were waiting upon, She had an unpleasant demeanor, a smug look on her face and stared at me as if she wasn't even consciously present when I had a question about my partner who was awaiting for the doctor for hours. It was absolutely the worst encounter as we had to wait over three hours, we were full of worry and concern. You should be more blessed and grateful there's plenty of people who'd love to take ur job while u don't wear a mask, and disrespect people. read more

Like a fool I decided to give this place another try and I was rewarded with sitting and waiting in the doctors office for 40 minutes until I left. All the while the techs cackled right outside the door. It wasn't a busy day, just a few patients but that didn't stop this place from providing their usual shoddy service. read more

Went in today for Covid testing was told that the $75 would be refunded and it was only a placeholder for the appointment and I could use my insurance and to call back later. I called a few hours later and the lady on the phone was so rude. Would not let me finish my sentences didn't even ask my name just told me I was wrong and insurance didn't cover it. Which is fine. But she didn't have to be so rude about it. The lady who did my testing was super nice. I am annoyed that we spent $150 (2 tests) thinking it would be refunded. But i wouldn't be so annoyed if the lady on the phone treated me like an adult and not a dumb child when she didn't even let me explain, just jumped down my throat telling me I was wrong. read more

One star is only because they were open on Saturday. My wife had a UTI with pain off the charts. She went to Premier because it was close. They got her in to see someone fairly quickly. When the physician came in, my wife notified him she was feeling nauseous. He did not respond. She got up and ran to the trash can. The clueless doctor didn't offer to help. He didn't offer a napkin. Didn't budge. Didn't offer water. She did get a shot from a nurse which helped her feel better. Their bedside manner needs some serious attention. Billing wasn't much better. She asked to sit down, but was told she couldn't sit there. We went back to exam room and waited for someone to find us. The whole staff seems kind of douchey. This place could be great, but it's probably time for a shakeup. read more
