Recently, we had a larger job done by Good Nature. We had our entire back yard reseeded. Our technician Alex was thoughtful and precise. He worked the seed in by hand in the hard to reach areas and spent a great deal of time at the house. He even brought our trash cans up from the street. The communication and follow up is great as well. While there was no guarantee the yard will be less muddy and we were advised we may not see the full results until spring, we are already seeing improvements. He was very prompt when we reached out for a quote. He wasn't pushy at all. He patiently listened to what we were looking for and then was able to immediately conceptualize a truly breathtaking plan for our landscaping. He worked with our budget to make it affordable without making us feel like we were skimping. We didn't have an expectation that he would immediately begin as we recognize that there is often a waiting list for the best contractors who both care about their work as well as taking care of each of their clients. We found that he and his crews paid meticulous attention to every detail of our job. That isn't something we would have wanted rushed. We prefer a contractor like Sal versus one always in a hurry to get to the next job. With that being said, he showed up on the first day that weather allowed within the timeframe we had hoped for. His crews worked hard and fast. They gave us the impression that they loved what they were doing and took great pride in their work. I think it is completely apparent in our end result. Sal widened our 2' wide existing concrete walkway to a stately 6' bluestone. He ripped out all of the existing landscaping and installed the beautiful materials he suggested to really compliment our home. We also had a very old and overgrown island that he removed and replaced with grass. It is unbelievable how well he removed all traces of the former island. We went in with realistic expectations and finished with the admiration that his work was far superior to anything we could have envisioned. Below is a picture of our home before our renovation.
