We went to the 2 GM dealerships in town and they were only able to see me in 2-3 weeks, even though they knew we were 1200 miles from home. Their only recommendation was to go to the Toyota dealership across the street. We were lucky enough to find Dayton Transmission. We told Robert over the phone what our situation was and he told us to come in and see what he could do. Although he couldn't fix the problem he was able to do a transmission flush and change the filter which would at least help get us home. We asked him if there was anything near by where we could walk to eat or if there was a taxi service. He said there wasn't. Instead he did the most amazing thing ever and let us use his personal vehicle to drive to get lunch. Thank you so much Robert for being so kind and hospitable.

Because they knew we were on vacation they looked at it right away but soon discovered that instead of being a loose belt it was a punctured radiator which meant a call into Ford and time to make the repairs after receiving the new radiator. The twins Toby and Brian jumped into action, Brian taking the grill off our truck and Toby giving us a ride to a wonderful restaurant. They worked hand in hand together to repair our truck in a record 3 hours! I can't recommend them enough because they went above and beyond in their work, expertise, and customer relations. Wonderful job well done and we were off to enjoy our vacation !

We were warned to stay away from them the day we took it in from someone else they had screwed over for thousands and we should have listened. We took our vehicle to them for a simple leak down test on one cylinder which they did incorrectly but since it was a simple test we took the risk regrettably. In the aftermath checking with other shops in town we found out that they charge literally twice as much as every other shop in town. When you talk to their management they will completely lie multiple times to save their own rear end and will take zero accountability for their wrongs and will put zero effort into making things right. They will also give you assumptions instead of true diagnostics in order to try and scam you out of more money. If you want your vehicle properly taken care of and for a fair price, then do not ever go to this sorry excuse for a shop and do your homework on their pricing. I will be taking my truck back apart this weekend to find out what they put back together incorrectly since it is now running worse than when we dropped it off. Joe their front desk guy is nice but the rest of the shop is horrible.
