I took in three broken wrist watches and an old mechanical stopwatch. Brian dealt with three of them while I waited without charge. Of the wristwatches, one he showed me how to reset the timer function myself, one is a really cheap watch with a broken strap that could only be replaced by the maker (I got it in Japan), and one needs a new movement, I got a quote with a warranty included. The old stopwatch belonged to my grandfather, he opened it up and found a screw had come undone and was loose inside. he fixed and gave it back to me working. All of that while I waited and no charge.
I'll think about the movement replacement, but I'll probably take it back for him to do it. read more
