I would suggest that no one use him. He does his best to hide all of his contact information…read morebecause he does not want to be found. He lives off of seven Pinewood in Gladstone area. He told me he works high all the time. He did not finish anything he did here and he got paid. He did not finish my roof he stole roofing tar that I bought I saw it in his house. He does not tell you when the work is done he does not write up estimates or receipts you cannot reach him he does not return phone calls he is always a no-show and then he will dump you without a reason and never come back with the work left on done. I have a police report on him.I am thrilled that he was recalled all the time and he still couldn't fix anything right he left a gigantic hole in my wall for someone else to fix and a big leak there. I am just thrilled that he works under the influence and drives that way because that's why his work stinks.

The manager is elderly and very mistrustful. she does not know how to read people. It is believed…read morethe owners are related to her and she has a free hand to arbitrarily decide who's application she can except or not based upon subjective opinion not fact. She excepted my application so I assumed she had investigated me and three hours later declines the application without a decent reason so I see she doesn't know her job. She does not return phone calls she allows miscommunication on purpose as well as purposely doesn't listen. She will rather let property be an eye sore in the park then let someone decent who can afford it by it. I say she does not know her job she is not professional and she is not good for this position. She is a mar on the community. The first thing I noticed about her was her cheap wig and her very husky voice she is either a major smoker or Drinker or both and she doesn't know how to read people and God help you when she looks at you you think that you're under a police investigation. She's very unwelcoming and unfriendly and she is a coward she can't tell you what's on her mind to your face. Gutless and immature
