She asked if I would like to come in the day before my scheduled appt. so I said sure. When I got to my appt. I was told by the office staff my appt. should not have been changed and someone made a mistake. If they saw me that day they would not get payed by the VA. I told them I lost a day of work to come see them and had an hour round trip travel expenses. I was made to feel my expenses were not as important as them not getting paid. If someone in the office made a mistake they should have eaten the expense not me. They were rude and unprofessional.

And she stayed on one spot on my feet too long and kept burning me. I asked her to make bigger circles and told her it was too hot but it's like she was trying to hurt me on purpose! Then I asked her to go out and get my mom from the waiting room because she had just come in. she asked her name. I had to repeat moms name five times! It's not even a hard name. I said no worries I'll go get her myself. Then she ran out there in front of me (because I can hardly walk, hence being at a podiatrist) just trying to be a bitch and purposely said my moms name wrong. She's awful. I would give this place five stars if Tina didn't work there. The front desk receptionists are kind and my doctor is great! Just go to the other office in Creve Coeur.

I like being able to have access to both in case one is booked up or on vacation. The doctors went to med school together (at SLU) and performed their internships together and so their practice is quite integrated. Both doctors have a very pleasant attitude, listen well, answer as many questions as you have, and take a lot of notes. Everything is computerized so there is no need to wait for someone to "pull your file." There is very little wait time for an appointment, usually the next day. The office is comfortable and modern, the walls adorned, in part, by a nice selection of Dr. Chen's remarkable photography. There are several clean and bright exam rooms and even though they allow you as much time as you need, are run quite efficiently by their friendly and competent staff. They are on staff at Mercy hospitals and provide service to people of all ages, babies thru seniors. Once registered, you can use a web app to schedule appointments, send email questions directly to your doctor, conduct video chat visits, view test results, keep track of immunizations, and much more.
