In 1993, I hired Steve Haber to remodel my two story Beverly Hills home. It was a three bedroom, two bath structure with a large living room, study, kitchen and maid's quarters. I was so pleased with Steve's work that I later hired him to replace the broken exterior concrete on the property- side drive, two sets of stairs and a large back area near the garage. He replaced all of it with material that was more modern and visually pleasing. I was very happy with his work ethic and professionalism. In 2002 I hired Steve to work on my 8 unit apartment building. His job was to replace an outdated 1960s facade with a modern, fresh look. After working with the architect and engineers, he completed the project in a timely manner. In fact, the tenants were comfortable and did not need to be relocated during this redo. As a result I saved a lot of money. In 2005 I needed some help with a 1930's Beverly Hills Duplex, which had considerably deteriorated. Steve spent every day supervising his workers to assure that the renovation of ceilings, flooring, plumbing and electrical work was competed properly. The following year Steve remodeled the bottom unit's kitchen and bath. I later purchased a two bedroom home in the San Fernando Valley area. It had a large lot and was clearly an underachiever. Steve redesigned the home, adding 500 square feet of living space and nearly doubling its value. In 2015, due to our advancing age, my husband and I down sized considerably. Since then Steve Haber, Premier Property Developers, has helped us complete smaller projects. We continue to consider Steve and his company a highly competent contractor whose work product is superior. read more
