Amazing communication and I love that they submit pictures of the pool and spa after the service and a checklist of what was done including chemicals added. This has been helpful for my warranty which gives me peace of mind. I have had a few repairs needed and they did a good job and quoting me the price before the work was done.

After Shawn changed the settings in my pool, I came home to a nearly flooded house!…read more Obviously I called him in distress, he told me to use a pump and he'd try and make it back out in a FEW DAYS!!! I'm no contractor, but if you nearly flood someone's home, you address them the situation IMMEDIATELY! Far from impressed with his service or his attitude. And yes - the SPA is supposed to be full. When I returned it was almost empty!! In addition - the sensor issue that he came here was never fixed. He took it upon himself to make all these changes to my Schedules, Pumps, etc. I would've been better off without Shawn ever showing up at my house. As you can see - Shawn advised me to shut off my entire pool and her return in a few days to address. Would anyone accept that? In addition, he was never concerned about the issue HE created. Mostly concerned about being paid! Shawn has commented that my pool wasn't taken care of, blah blah blah and also bringing my wife's comment into this, which you are a liar - she stated we've had nothing but problems with the pool.. hence you being hired and approved by ME and ELEVATE! And why would I expect anything for FREE? I have a home warranty that pays you (not this time). I wouldn't hire this company to maintain a pond. Fact of the matter is - HE changed my settings and it almost flooded my home, PERIOD!

He also assured me that they had a warranty. When I went back to purchase the spa a few days later Mike was not there. The owner Russell was there and he set me up with financing and the spa was delivered a few days later. The first day I used the spa I noticed one corner light was out. I contacted Russell and he said it's not a problem and he'd be out to fix it within the week. That's the last I've ever heard from them. I've texted a few more times to request a date for the spa to be fixed and was ghosted. If this is an example of their customer service once their product is delivered then I'm very disappointed. I hope nothing else goes wrong with my brand new hot tub because it doesn't look like this business honors service warranty. Shame.

We purchased a new spa from Paradise a few years back and payed to have it delivered and installed…read more They kept postponing the delivery date for one excuse or another and then when we complained the lady on the phone got made at us for complaining. Now I need service on the spa so I call but get a young girl who had no clue about anything. She told me that the tech was out to lunch and would call me as soon as he returned. After 2 days of waiting I diagnosed the problem myself and called back for parts. I was told that they would have to look it up and that it might take a few days due to the manufacturer changes the log in to the website. I then gave the guy the factory part number as I was on said website but he was still unable to check his stock at that time. Two weeks later Sandy called me to tell me that they were ordering the part I needed and as soon as it got in they would in turn send it to me. I asked Sandy why it took so long to call me back to which she had no response. The part I needed was available online and I called San Diego Spa Sales. They gave me a great price and instructions on how to install it and I had it in hand two days later. When I told Sandy at Paradise that their customer service was very poor she just said "well I guess we need to work on it". Not once did she offer up an apology or a reason why it took two weeks just to return my call. Needless to say they have lost a customer and I will spread the word about their horrible service!!!
