However, taking payment and not providing services is something anyone considering using this firm needs to know. They were to install a timer for my pool pump. After a month delay, which they blamed on the supply chain, the timer was installed. It worked for a few days. When I reached out to inform it was no longer working I received no reply. Letty blamed it on giving me a number she rarely checks. (interesting way of doing business) She gave me a new number, which comes into play later. They came to service the pool and I told them the timer failed. They checked it and said they would get with manufacture for a replacement. The story ends with me not renewing my weekly pool service because of their lack of reliability when they would come and no communication at the new number I was given. Thus, I have not heard from them again despite multiple attempts to reach them, seeking to settle the matter. The bottom line they took a $200 payment and failed to complete the job. It feels like theft in my book and we will likely file a civil claim. I strongly encourage no one to hire this Nfiniity Pools.

I am very glad we did. Both the main technician, Carlos and his assistant, Maryori, were extremely professional and kept us informed as the process went along. They left our yard clean, and although they are not responsible for our grass or yard, I could not even tell they had worked in our yard! They did a final leak test after the repair to ensure we did not have any additional leaks and we were leak free after their repairs. The repairs also carried a one year warranty and they also include a year of free leak detection from the date our repair was completed. I also found the office staff, Amanda, very friendly and concerned. She made us feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend them and they will be the first company I call if we experience problems in the future.

I was compelled to…read morefollow-up on my previous high marks after our project foreman, Robert, went way above and beyond to fix multiple post-freeze issues that completely shut down our beautiful new pool. The loss of power for almost a full week literally transformed our pool into an ice rink, while the expanding ice in our pipes and equipment took its toll. Despite TP&P's dramatic volume of repair calls after the recent historic winter storm, Robert came out to our house personally to inspect the damage, then within days, he and his team were on site. Within another couple of days, Robert had our pool up and running, even while we're awaiting a replacement for our cracked UV system. I also wanted to mention that we were very lucky to have Michael & Tina as our TP&P sales pros. They maintained great communication throughout and the few minor issues that came up were handled with care and efficiency. They actually took the time to personally come by our home often, ensuring everything was going smoothly and that we were happy and our expectations were being met. I'm currently trying to get a refund from this company for work not performed. Needless to say, no…read moreresponse yet via phone, text, or email, so trying here too. I took off work to meet them at my new house (pool was left a wreck by previous owners) so they could start work to get it swimmable and explain the various pool systems to me. Their list of necessary services was about 8 items. They didn't show up for the appointment, even though I had paid them in advance (which they said was required before they came). He met my wife at the house a few days later, did about an hour of work, took apart the filter and left. Before returning to put it together, tried to send me another $1500 invoice for unnecessary work (per pool inspector when we purchased the house), which we declined to pay, so we fired them and requested the refund (allowing them to keep the payment for the 2 items they DID do of the original 8). Still no response. Pool has gotten worse since the filter they took apart is now in pieces, causing mosquito hell for us and neighbors. I've requested they only pay back the difference for the un-performed work. Will be suing for full refund plus damages if no response is given within 72 hours.

I've had no major issues with his service and his technicians have always acted in a professional manner. I've had to call him several times with some sort of pool related emergency and he has always responded back in a timely manner and showed up to fix the problems accordingly. Especially, after the ice storm back in 2021 where our pool took a beating due to the electricity being out for a week. He and one of his technicians showed up as soon as we got electricity back and triaged the problems and gave us a fair quote to fix them. Now, there have been some growing pains as the company has grown over the years, but I won't ding them on that too harshly. All in all, I have enjoyed Southern Pool & Spa.
