The team at Premiere always are professional, dependable and easy to work with on projects. I will always recommend for any plumbing need.

I called them out because I had clogged kitchen sink as well as clogged shower, however, I was unaware that I had to tell them everything I went through yelp asked me to post a picture so I posted a picture of the clog sink because the shower had already gone down when the plumber came I explained to him that's a shower was draining slow and that the kitchen sink was clogged. He snake the line on the roof told me if there were any further problems to call back the next day. The shower was still doing the same thing I called back and I was told it would be $99 for the first 15 minutes for them to come back out and I simply hung up. Definitely learned my lesson in the future. I will disclose everything before I make an appointment, I feel like this was a bait and switch. read more

Premier Plumbers in Sarasota, Florida We recently had the pleasure of working with Kevin from Premier Plumbers to help us with our plumbing issues and were very happy with his excellent expertise. There was a clog in the lines in our condominium complex that affected the entire building. The response to our call was extremely quick. Kevin was here in the morning to fix the problem. He was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. He took the time to explain the process, answered all our questions, and ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving. It's amazing to find such a service professional that gives special care and attention to detail. I highly recommend Premier Plumbers to anyone in need of plumbing services! We are so happy with the service that they provided and the thorough job that they completed. Very Sincerely, Candace H. read more

We do not recommend Premier Plumbing! We set up an appointment when we arrived at our winter home on November 5th. Matt, the technician, shut off the water to my husband's vanity due to a frozen handle. I have called Kenny, the manager, several times requesting service. It is now December 29th ... the handle is still frozen and we have not heard back from Premier Plumbing. AQUA PLUMBING IS NOW OUR PLUMBING COMPANY! read more

Premier Plumbers are great to use! They were able to come out same-day, and provide professional service. James, the service provider, was great. He was courteous and knowledgeable and was able to fix a drain issue in a short time. I highly recommend using Premiar Plumbers! read more

Discovered a leaking pipe between the meter and house on a Tuesday, called Premier and they said someone would be out on Thursday, after advertising 24/7 service. Asked why and they said they were short handed. Found another company, out in an hour. read more

Jesse was quick-smart-pleasant. Fixed the issue quickly-reasonable price for Sunday night.

Been using Premier Plumbers for all of our plumbing needs. They are very reasonable in costs. All the guys are super friendly and professional. They always arrive on time if not earlier. They are very knowledgeable and I highly recommend them! read more

This may or may not be my first Premier Plumbers review on yelp but it is certainly not my first Premier Plumbers review. This time is for Mike Rose. In addition to excellent work, his attitude and professionalism sets him apart. It is very refreshing dealing with someone of Mike's character and quality. Thanks for having him on the team read more

What a pleasure to have Josh and Chad do our repiping. So professional, knowledgeable, precise and neat work and the price was so reasonable. Thank you, also to Kelly for being a hands on owner. An unpleasant situation turned out to be a blessing meeting such quality people. Would highly recommend Premier Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services. read more

I live at this rental where on Tuesday March 23rd Rick came out to fix a main break in a pipe. He totally went the extra mile to give 110% service. He was kind and even funny at times and we had a lot of fun and you could tell he really wanted to make things right and please the customer. He even did a few things for me that he didn't really have to do. Great service, great caring technician!! Thanks again Rick! read more

We had a plumbing emergency (that I caused with a post hole digger!) at about 12:30 today. A call to Premier Plumbers had the extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly team of Adam and Zack here within an hour, and they had the leak fixed and the plumbing operational, at an extraordinarily reasonable cost. What I thought was going to be a nightmare of epic proportions turned into a big nothing thanks to Premier, Adam and Zack. Thanks, all! read more

Arrived shortly after we called and replaced a Shut off valve in the kitchen sink in no Time at all. David was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend PP. read more

I called Premier Plumbers and got an hourly price quote on a toilet seal. Brian was the plumber sent, and he said he had 20 years of toilet experience. The toilet took a double seal, and the installation took longer than average, BUT I watched Brian most every minute. He also spent about 20 minutes helping us troubleshoot a washlet on a different toilet before leaving. His bill, including parts, was $280, and he was here for about two hours. Brian was very efficient, and his charge was well worth his time, vs. an average of $200. Mine was a difficult prior seal to remove and Brian had no problem.. read more

we had them do a complete (suppose to be) re pipe. they left over 30' of copper pipe in the ceilings. just assuming we would not know . work was sloppy and poorly done . when it came time to do final hook ups , the local handi man would have done a better job . pretty sad to pay profession rates and get handi man quality work . I don't think any of them even have a license- except the owner and he never shows up or inspects their work . read more

They came last week, said look this clog is pretty much fine now. All they did was look into a camera. Four 5 days later today, same exact issue, all toilets backing up, and water clogging into our shower. I called another plumbing company today that showed up right away, since we couldn't use any of our downstairs bathrooms. He said they didn't look deep enough, and that they should have at least cleared out the rest of the clog, which this company didn't. The people were nice, but I won't use this company again. read more

My experience with this company is, by far, the best service I have had from the past 4 other plumbing companies I have used. Premier Plumbers is now "my only" plumbing company. I was looking through all the reviews of positives that other people have written. So I called Sarah about a hot water heater problem. Kelly replaced the appliance so fast and left with no mess. Their prices are extremely reasonable. The best thing about this company is their customer service and they make customer satisfaction the number 1 goal. We truly had a credible, reliable and trustworthy plumbing company. I will (and am) recommending Premier Plumbers!!!! read more

This is another review for Premier Plumbing. This time I was home alone and also unwell following a recent surgery. Chip came to the house to work on a reverse osmosis system. He arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. He knew I was not feeling well and worked skillfully and quietly. He cleaned up afterwards and the kitchen area was spotless after he left. Chip was extremely kind and very considerate and I was so grateful. I felt safe and comfortable being alone in the house with him considering I was unwell. Premier Plumbing seem to go above and beyond when hiring their employees. Chip is another great asset to their team! Nice job! read more

Premier was the plumbing Sub contractor used by my GC on a total renovation of my Siesta Key Condo. Although I had all kinds of problems with my GC and most of his other sub contractors, Premier was outstanding!!! They totally repiped the entire condo consisting of 4 bathrooms, kitchen, bar & Laundry room. They completed the job in phases, and always showed up when scheduled & ON TIME!!! Various crews worked on my project and all were courteous, neat & professional. Had 1 minor issue, which upon notifying them, came out the next day & resolved the problem. Top Notch service, quality work, at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Premier Plumbers for your plumbing needs. Thanks guys!!!! read more

David and Ricky came out to our place yesterday to replace a hot water heater. The old water heater was wedged between a giant freezer and a utility sink . They managed to pull out the old water heater and install the new one with no problem. David and Ricky were professional and polite, Premier charged a fare price. The whole experience from scheduling the appointment with Sarah to the installation was great, I will definitely use Premier again. read more

Our HOA got a scheduled appointment for Monday 10-12. PP was a no show. HOA called the office and they couldn't find the appointment. They said they would call back, no call but Scott arrived Unprepared and uninformed. He took a video and left. Tuesday, Kelly showed up at 1pm. No call from PP but Thankfully we were home. He was professional and diagnosed the problem. Wednesday Scott (from Monday) shows up without a call to diagnose the problem. Told him Kelly had been here and done it. It's now 10 days later and no scheduled appointment. We have visitors coming and no shower! The office staff does not return calls. When they answer the phone they have been rude and unhelpful. Today, I was promised by Kac to be on the schedule for Monday and she would call by 3pm with a firm time. No call again! Called and spoke to rude Sarah who lied about sending a tech two days prior and we weren't there. We were never told anyone was coming that day. She then changed the story to they hadn't received approval from the HOA until Wednesday. I was promised to be on the schedule for Monday but the schedu would not be firm until the owner returned at 5. she promised a call to confirm the time. No call. At 4:55pm I called and i was told the schedule for Monday was set and they couldn't put me on it. I have NEVER had to work with such rude, incompetent and unprofessional office staff. I would not recommend. read more

Had PP out today again for a faucet and a toilet replacement in the master bath. A great group of people. I spoke to Fred the Service Manager about the job beforehand, and he was very helpful with advice about preparations for their visit. Chip was again here a few minutes early and went right to work. He replaced not only the items that we'd picked up for the job, but the valves and connections that we weren't aware were required for the installations. His attention to detail is impressive! He leaves the work area spotless when he's finished. I wish all of the contractors I have to deal with were as professional as Chip and Premier Plumbing. read more

I have only used Premier Plumbing once but I was 100% satisfied with the experience and would definitely call on them again. Sarah was very agreeable when I asked if a repairman could meet me late in the afternoon after work. I was thrilled they accommodated my schedule, even though it meant one of her guys would return to do this job 2+ hrs after they were all sent home for the day. That's unusual. Pricing seemed reasonable. Zane was just great. VERY capable and Fast and knowledgeable. He was clean, polite, efficient and excellent at explaining the problem to me. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend Zane's work to friends. read more

It is now November 2013, my tenant called about the problem with the water heater does not have hot water. This company saved me again! The owner sent someone out immediately to take care of the issue and also guarantees his work until the tenant is happy. His rate is always reasonable and I never have to worry that this company will rip me off. He is truly a God sent! read more

I recently had a tremendously positive experience with Premier Plumbing after my hot water heater sprung a serious leak. Despite having little notice, their guy on duty, Dave, arrived at my house promptly, then spent more than 4 hours making the repair. Even though it was already dark by the time the job was finished, he hung around another 20-30 minutes, testing everything to make sure it was just right. And one other thing: the company did the job for nearly $400 less than what one of its competitors touted as its absolutely lowest rate. I wholeheartedly recommend Premier. And remember to ask for Dave! read more

I had a great experience with them. I run a maintenance co and our regular plumber was out for the day in the Sarasota area. So I googled plumbers near by. It was late in the day almost 5 pm and no one answered and the ones who did wanted the equivalent of my first born child to go out. I called Premier and they sent someone out and charged a very reasonable price. They got there quickly and did the job gave me fair pricing and sent me the paperwork I needed, which is really the receipt of payment. I have no problem using them again. read more
