I called them out because I had clogged kitchen sink as well as clogged shower, however, I was unaware that I had to tell them everything I went through yelp asked me to post a picture so I posted a picture of the clog sink because the shower had already gone down when the plumber came I explained to him that's a shower was draining slow and that the kitchen sink was clogged. He snake the line on the roof told me if there were any further problems to call back the next day. The shower was still doing the same thing I called back and I was told it would be $99 for the first 15 minutes for them to come back out and I simply hung up. Definitely learned my lesson in the future. I will disclose everything before I make an appointment, I feel like this was a bait and switch. read more

we had them do a complete (suppose to be) re pipe. they left over 30' of copper pipe in the ceilings. just assuming we would not know . work was sloppy and poorly done . when it came time to do final hook ups , the local handi man would have done a better job . pretty sad to pay profession rates and get handi man quality work . I called Premier Plumbers and got an hourly price quote on a toilet seal. Brian was the plumber sent, and he said he had 20 years of toilet experience. The toilet took a double seal, and the installation took longer than average, BUT I watched Brian most every minute. He also spent about 20 minutes helping us troubleshoot a washlet on a different toilet before leaving. His bill, including parts, was $280, and he was here for about two hours. Brian was very efficient, and his charge was well worth his time, vs. an average of $200. Mine was a difficult prior seal to remove and Brian had no problem.. read more

They came last week, said look this clog is pretty much fine now. All they did was look into a camera. Four 5 days later today, same exact issue, all toilets backing up, and water clogging into our shower. I called another plumbing company today that showed up right away, since we couldn't use any of our downstairs bathrooms. He said they didn't look deep enough, and that they should have at least cleared out the rest of the clog, which this company didn't. This is another review for Premier Plumbing. This time I was home alone and also unwell following a recent surgery. Chip came to the house to work on a reverse osmosis system. He arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. He knew I was not feeling well and worked skillfully and quietly. He cleaned up afterwards and the kitchen area was spotless after he left. Chip was extremely kind and very considerate and I was so grateful. I felt safe and comfortable being alone in the house with him considering I was unwell. Premier was the plumbing Sub contractor used by my GC on a total renovation of my Siesta Key Condo. Although I had all kinds of problems with my GC and most of his other sub contractors, Premier was outstanding!!! They totally repiped the entire condo consisting of 4 bathrooms, kitchen, bar & Laundry room. They completed the job in phases, and always showed up when scheduled & ON TIME!!! Various crews worked on my project and all were courteous, neat & professional. Had 1 minor issue, which upon notifying them, came out the next day & resolved the problem. David and Ricky came out to our place yesterday to replace a hot water heater. The old water heater was wedged between a giant freezer and a utility sink . They managed to pull out the old water heater and install the new one with no problem. David and Ricky were professional and polite, Premier charged a fare price. Our HOA got a scheduled appointment for Monday 10-12. PP was a no show. HOA called the office and they couldn't find the appointment. They said they would call back, no call but Scott arrived Unprepared and uninformed. He took a video and left. Tuesday, Kelly showed up at 1pm. No call from PP but Thankfully we were home. He was professional and diagnosed the problem. Wednesday Scott (from Monday) shows up without a call to diagnose the problem. Told him Kelly had been here and done it. It's now 10 days later and no scheduled appointment. We have visitors coming and no shower! The office staff does not return calls. When they answer the phone they have been rude and unhelpful. Today, I was promised by Kac to be on the schedule for Monday and she would call by 3pm with a firm time. No call again! Called and spoke to rude Sarah who lied about sending a tech two days prior and we weren't there. We were never told anyone was coming that day. She then changed the story to they hadn't received approval from the HOA until Wednesday. I was promised to be on the schedule for Monday but the schedu would not be firm until the owner returned at 5. she promised a call to confirm the time. No call. At 4:55pm I called and i was told the schedule for Monday was set and they couldn't put me on it. I have NEVER had to work with such rude, incompetent and unprofessional office staff. Had PP out today again for a faucet and a toilet replacement in the master bath. A great group of people. I spoke to Fred the Service Manager about the job beforehand, and he was very helpful with advice about preparations for their visit. Chip was again here a few minutes early and went right to work. He replaced not only the items that we'd picked up for the job, but the valves and connections that we weren't aware were required for the installations. His attention to detail is impressive! He leaves the work area spotless when he's finished. I wish all of the contractors I have to deal with were as professional as Chip and Premier Plumbing. read more

I have only used Premier Plumbing once but I was 100% satisfied with the experience and would definitely call on them again. Sarah was very agreeable when I asked if a repairman could meet me late in the afternoon after work. I was thrilled they accommodated my schedule, even though it meant one of her guys would return to do this job 2+ hrs after they were all sent home for the day. That's unusual. Pricing seemed reasonable. Zane was just great. VERY capable and Fast and knowledgeable. He was clean, polite, efficient and excellent at explaining the problem to me. I recently had a tremendously positive experience with Premier Plumbing after my hot water heater sprung a serious leak. Despite having little notice, their guy on duty, Dave, arrived at my house promptly, then spent more than 4 hours making the repair. Even though it was already dark by the time the job was finished, he hung around another 20-30 minutes, testing everything to make sure it was just right. And one other thing: the company did the job for nearly $400 less than what one of its competitors touted as its absolutely lowest rate. I wholeheartedly recommend Premier. I had a great experience with them. I run a maintenance co and our regular plumber was out for the day in the Sarasota area. So I googled plumbers near by. It was late in the day almost 5 pm and no one answered and the ones who did wanted the equivalent of my first born child to go out. I called Premier and they sent someone out and charged a very reasonable price. They got there quickly and did the job gave me fair pricing and sent me the paperwork I needed, which is really the receipt of payment. I have no problem using them again. read more
