For breakfast Thursday they served, coffee, granola, yogurt, muffins and fresh fruit. The spread was awesome. For lunch they had salad, grilled chicken, delicious lasagna, soft rolls, peach cobbler and chocolate cake. They also served snacks at designated times. Friday for breakfast they provided fresh doughnuts and fruit salad mixed with a creamy sauce, coffee and water. Lunch was a cool taco bar with all the fixins. Chicken, ground beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese, tortillas, chips, sour cream, and salsa were available. Tea and water were the beverages. Once again there was a large chocolate cake and peach cobbler. The food was hot and quite tasty! It was so good I could have taken a short nap! If I ever get the chance to eat there again, I will!
