Also, if you get sick, hope you had an apt pending, because they book up with apts for weeks out. When you need to get in, they are never available. Another huge thing was they lost all my medical records and after an apt on a Friday they did not send my prescriptions to the pharmacy forcing me to go to the hospital and be seen in the ER to get those prescriptions filled. (antibiotics!!!!) You are talking about YOUR HEALTH, YOU DESERVE BETTER, DONT LOWER YOURSELF TO MORNING STAR STANDARDS!

During that…read moretime, I've done things I never thought possible at 57 or any age for me! 1) I participate in high-impact activities, like jump rope and jogging/running, that I hadn't done for 30 plus years due to my knees! 2) I've done push ups...yesterday was 50! Doing one would have been a big deal before. 3) I'm lifting more than PVC pipe! Those first two weeks were a little sketchy due to a tear in my shoulder. Now my shoulder barely gives me any trouble and I don't need PT. 4) I've learned yoga poses! :-) 5) I can get on and off the ground for the first time after my knee replacements 3 yrs ago without worrying about having something to hold onto to get back up! 6) I've been upside down against a wall... still working on that one. 7) I can hold onto a bar, actually hold my weight, and did knee ups yesterday! 8) I can do more kinds of squats than I ever realized existed! And, what do I get out of it besides great exercise and great people? 1) I've stopped all blood pressure meds because they're no longer necessary. 2) I stopped a medical weight loss program, because I just don't need it. 3) I sleep much better. 4) My confidence has improved. 5) Because I commit myself to going to the 4:30 class I no longer work 10-12 hr days. I am hooked and healthier then I have been for a long time and I have all of you to thank for it.

They're So sweet, great with kids and are patient with them. They have younger staff that help too that are good too! There's a private women's room if you're new to the gym or uncomfortable working out with a lot of ppl. Individual Pools, salt room, steam room, sauna, tanning beds, new machines, a track, classes, AND smoothies lol If you're worried about your kid getting used to the kids club just go when it's not busy. *10:30am/12pm, then before 5/6pm.* Love this is gym. The wait was longer than expected but emergencies are taken in order of priority of need. Practically no pain and what I had was covered with tylenol or advil.

I…read morescheduled my appointment for June 11th at 11:45, checked in, got taken back for X-Rays, then put back in the waiting room. I asked how long my Oral Surgery would take and they said, "Oh About 30-40 mins". So I thought to myself, it is now 2pm, and I am still waiting in the waiting room for a 30 min procedure. The math wasn't adding up, and the waiting room was FULL of people. I rescheduled for a week later, for the morning, and I was only waiting for about 15mins this time before surgery began. All in all, Dr.Selznick seemed friendly and quick. The procedure room was slightly off-putting, because there air conditioner had been out there was a fan/swamp cooler against the wall making noise. My surgery did only take 30 minutes and I was out of there. The annesthesia wasn't BAD to where I couldn't walk or really function, I was just slightly loopy for a couple hours. It is now day 3 since the surgery and I am actually just in slight discomfort, not really pain! I have only read 1 Yelp review about things turning out very bad for her since her surgery with Selznick, but I am doing fine for the most part!
