Established in 2017.

First Choice Physical Therapy was founded by Samuel Moore, PT. His primary goal for most of his 20 year career has been to provide convenient, quality physical therapy and make it available in rural communities. We understand that EARLY physical therapy intervention is the KEY that leads to SHORTER recovery times, helping our clients return to their everyday lives. We are extremely proud of our reputation and we always take the health concerns of our clients very seriously.

Meet the Business Owner: Sam M.

Education: Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Las Vegas Nevada. Bachelors of Health Care Administration, Ashford University. Dr. Moore has 21 years of experience in the physical therapy and rehabilitation field. He has dedicated his career to making therapy services available and more accessible in rural Nevada and Utah by building clinics in communities that did not have local services. He has helped open and run 6 clinics over his career and finds great satisfaction helping his patients reach their maximum physical potential. He moved his family to Spring Creek, NV in 2015 with the vision of bringing medical services into that community. He has persevered in making this happen and currently the community now enjoys a local physical therapy and urgent care office.
