When I advised my child to play as she wanted to, the woman who I assume was this child's mother, told me I could have come to her. Who would I know, considering she was not wearing a company shirt. I will ensure no one I know uses this business. Based on the horrid reviews I've read so far, this will not be a difficult task.

We placed a deposit on a bounce house for my daughter's party. They called the day before to cancel…read more(they said postpone) due to the potential for rain in the forecast. We have a large open barn, so we asked if they had something else available since they have indoor bounce houses on their website. They did not have anything available, which is fine, but what wasn't fine is that they refused to reimburse our deposit. They said it was non-refundable but could be used for a new rental, good for a year. We had the party as scheduled, and we have no use for another bounce house in the next year. We again asked for our deposit back. They again refused. I would warn against using them for anything outdoors since it just might rain in Connecticut.
