Said child, stood a top the inflatable bouncy houses, which we paid to use, and was barking orders, blocking others, and being outright rude. When I advised my child to play as she wanted to, the woman who I assume was this child's mother, told me I could have come to her. Who would I know, considering she was not wearing a company shirt. I will ensure no one I know uses this business. Based on the horrid reviews I've read so far, this will not be a difficult task.

Our church booked and fully paid for their services for an August 15, 2026 event. Despite reconfirming the arrangements approximately 48 hours beforehand, they canceled roughly 3 hours before the event--by text, without even a phone call! And they would not respond to our response text. This left our church scrambling at the last minute to find a replacement so the event could proceed. Thankfully we got lucky but it could have tanked our event. They promised a full refund with 5-7 business days. Here we are 6 weeks later and my church is still waiting for the refund. Our last 2 emails have gone unanswered. I have now filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and if that is not successful will have to go to small claims court. This is an unprofessional company --from the last-minute cancellation by text to the lack of communication and failure to issue the promised refund. If they can do this to a church, they will do it to anyone. For shame!
