The facilities are clean and bright, and there are free small lockers and shoe cubbies for you to store your stuff. In the back is a birthday party area, where there is also a basketball hoop toss, kid-sized air hockey table, and a small Lego table. We came on a day when they had a character meet & greet which was cool as the kids got to take photos with them. Rates are reasonable and you can book 1-2 hours or a day pass. Mon-Fri from 10-11am is "Toddler Hour" for kids 4 and under, with a discounted admission rate. They seem quite popular for birthday parties and sometimes the whole place gets booked out for private parties so call ahead or check their IG/FB page for any schedule announcements. It's well-located in a corner of The Shops at Nanuet (an open-air mall), ground level under Regal cinema, so easy parking and places to eat close by. 4 stars but bumping to 5 because there's just a lack of good indoor kids playgrounds/gyms in this area.
