I met with Kenneth and being the OCD/detailed person that I am, I had a lot of questions regarding my purchase. I was concerned about the market and how it was trending with the economy, which made me feel hesitant as to when I should pull the trigger. After weeks of countless phone calls, meetings, and seeing many properties I was able to obtain my investment property. I can't thank Kenneth and his team enough for making the transaction so painless and easy. He was patient and took the time to go over the many details and scenarios regarding my purchase. Kenneth is knowledgeable, passionate, and is a professional in his industry. I look forward to the relationship with KS Mortgage that we have built and the trust I have with Kenneth to help me build my real estate portfolio. I normally don't write reviews on Yelp, but I really wanted to take the time to write this one because I hope it can help someone who is looking for a mortgage team they can truly trust and have a wonderful experience with, just like I did! Pam and Tai are beyond amazing. Purchasing a home is one of the biggest and most important decisions in life, and working with them made the entire process so much easier and less stressful for me. They were always on top of everything, kept me updated, and were always there whenever I had questions. Pam even answered my calls at night when I needed help. That really showed me how much they genuinely care about their clients. I never felt like I was bothering them or had to figure things out on my own. No matter what came up, I always felt like they had everything under control. Buying a house can be overwhelming, especially when there are so many things you don't understand about the process. But with Pam and Tai, I always felt safe and confident that I was in good hands. They were patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond for me. Highly Recommend Jessie Nguyen at Wonder Rates!…read more I can't say enough great things about Jessie Nguyen and her amazing team at Wonder Rates! Jessie helped us from A to Z throughout our entire home-buying journey, from the initial consultation, determining how much we qualified for, preparing our pre-approval letter, all the way to securing our loan and completing the paperwork. Jessie works with a wide network of lenders, which allows her to offer extremely competitive interest rates. After shopping around and comparing rates with multiple loan officers, Jessie was able to offer us the BEST rate! What truly sets Jessie apart is her flexibility, responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine dedication to her clients. She was always available to answer our questions, guide us through every step, and make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her whole team took excellent care of us! The most impressive part? Jessie and her team helped us win our dream home with a financed offer, even when we were competing against an ALL-CASH offer! That alone speaks volumes about her expertise, professionalism, and ability to get things done. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but having Jessie on our side made all the difference. We are beyond grateful for her hard work and dedication! If you're looking for a mortgage loan or refinancing your home, look no further than Jessie Nguyen at Wonder Rates! You won't regret your decision. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone and would work with her again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much, Jessie and team, for helping us make our dream of homeownership a reality! I made this enthusiastic and personal while emphasizing the two biggest highlights: Jessie offered the best interest rate among multiple loan officers, and her team helped you win against an all-cash offer. Those details make the review especially compelling for future homebuyers.

**2nd update. After posting the update, since I hadn't heard anything back. I received a hostile…read moretext telling me he's "done with me" and will not help in removing the inquiry. This is the customer service you will be receiving. There's no kindness, no consideration. I have NEVER had this experience before. Again, others are to blame, but not the company. 9/28/26---Update---This was in fact another HARD inquire, as stated on my credit report, which I pulled. As of this evening at 9pm, no updates. Nothing has been resolved, even though this is the error of this company. I didn't send a threating email. I told them I'd be leaving a review so others would know to stay away from a company that has a motto of "we care" and "hold us to our word" yet when you try to address their error, they're very defensive and want to put the blame on the customer/potential customer. Calling me late in the evening and pressuring me to remove a review that is based solely on my experience with this company is threating and illegal. You can't mess up people's credit and deny all responsibility, and force them to lie. I'm not the only person who has had a horrible experience with this company. I have the date the credit was pulled again, and it's listed as a HARD inquiry, no matter how hard this company's owner tries to deny it. It's simple, you want a good review, you provide excellent customer service. Why would I be making up the fact that my credit score took a hit, Optimum did this, when they weren't authorized to do so. I have my email from the new "Madi" loan officer. She told me that she would be using the paperwork/credit report info from the previous loan officer (who somehow just vanished into thin air) when I asked if she'd be running my credit again, she said no, yet they did that the SAME DAY (even though I DID NOT tell her I wanted to continue working with her). Robert told me it was due to human error in the begin of his many texts, then tried to blame it on me. Avoid this company at all costs. I will not be bullied into removing my review. Until there is a good faith effort to correct their obvious mistake this honest and horrible experience will stay. I have no problem leaving a good review, when it's warranted. I do not leave fake reviews, and will not be pressured into leaving one here. Fannie Mae did not pull anything, this company's name shows up 2 time on my "inquires" list, because they did it 2 times. I also didn't get a loan with them, so why are they even continuing to have access to my information?
