They have the worst team of staff. They mishandled my record with another patient. Now I'm getting bills for another patient.

Three years ago, Dr. Kim personally performed a Pap smear test, but the test couldn't be processed because there wasn't enough cell collection. I returned today -- three years later -- for a follow-up. As always, I arrived 20 minutes early and was waiting in the reception area. When Dr. Kim came out, I greeted her, but she looked noticeably displeased and asked why I was there. I explained that I had an appointment and was waiting. From that moment, she began reprimanding me for arriving too early, saying she was in the middle of seeing another patient and that having the next patient waiting in the reception area was something she hated the most. She then told me to go outside and wait until she called me by phone. I had never heard anything like that before. There was no notice anywhere stating that patients are not allowed to wait in the reception area if another patient is being seen. She had never mentioned such a policy in advance either. And, of course, I was simply doing what I have always done -- arriving 20 minutes early and waiting quietly. My husband was with me, and we both felt awkward and almost as if we had been kicked out. I don't know when this policy started, but she justified it by saying it was to protect the privacy of the patient she was currently seeing. I have never encountered anything like this at any other doctor's office. And this particular office is not even an open space where privacy would be at risk. For me, this was an altogether unprecedented and profoundly disconcerting experience. If such a protocol is indeed her preference, then surely the appropriate course would be to communicate these expectations clearly and courteously before the appointment -- rather than delivering reprimands that leave patients feeling unwelcome and diminished. A medical environment should be a place of comfort and care, not one where patients are made to feel as though they have transgressed. Regardless of whatever personal or professional pressures she may be facing, her manner toward patients remains unacceptable. If she finds herself unable to approach her practice with the attentiveness and compassion it requires, perhaps it would be wise to step back temporarily -- or to consider whether this work still aligns with her capacity to serve patients with dignity. I had gone to my appointment expecting a calm and comfortable visit, but instead I was met with an upsetting and embarrassing situation I had never anticipated.

She listened to what I was going through. She let me know I was in good hands with Dr.Le. When Dr.Le seen me she knew that I wasn't doing good. I explained my symptoms/issues and concerns Dr. Le knew exactly what I needed. Took blood work that day. They called later to let me know I needed to go to the hospital ASAP and that everything was ready waiting for my arrival. I was amazed because they were on top of the issue I was having. When it was time for my surgery day everything went smoothly. Dr. Le gave her personal number for any questions or concerns. She done an excellent job her and her team. My name is Patricia Oyem, and I recently gave birth to my son on May 2, 2026…read more I want to be very clear that this review is not about my OB-GYN physician. He is an exceptional doctor who has delivered all three of my children. In fact, he is the reason I continued my care with this practice and chose to travel from Maryland to the Annandale office. My doctor has always been compassionate, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout my pregnancies. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff and office administration has been extremely disappointing and has overshadowed what should have been a positive postpartum experience. Approximately two weeks after my delivery, I received a phone call from the office informing me that I needed to come in for a two-week postpartum appointment before my six-week follow-up visit. Since my previous child was born over 15 years ago, I only remembered having a six-week postpartum appointment, so I trusted the information I was given. I was instructed to come in the very next day because I was already two weeks postpartum. As a mother recovering from a C-section, leaving the comfort of my home is not something I do lightly. Recovery is physically painful, emotionally exhausting, and requires careful planning, especially when caring for a newborn. Despite this, I made the effort to attend the appointment because I believed it was important for my health and recovery. When I arrived at the office, I was informed that there was no appointment scheduled for me. I was shocked, frustrated, and deeply disappointed. I had only come because the office contacted me and instructed me to do so. To make matters worse, there was little acknowledgment of the inconvenience and hardship this caused. Patients recovering from major surgery should not be subjected to unnecessary trips, confusion, and poor communication. A simple mistake may seem minor to office staff, but for a postpartum mother recovering from a C-section, it creates unnecessary stress, discomfort, and frustration. Because of this experience, I have decided not to return to this clinic for my postpartum care. Instead, I plan to seek my postpartum follow-up and evaluation through the hospital where I delivered. I sincerely hope the practice takes steps to improve communication, scheduling accuracy, and patient care from its administrative staff. The physicians may provide excellent medical care, but the front office is often the first and last impression patients receive. Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff did not reflect the level of care and professionalism that patients deserve.

However, My fiancé's father died 2 days ago, and "Ravin mallory" the hospital coordinator or whatever her title is, has had zero communication in coordinating our C section, we have tried to communicate with her for almost a week with no answer from her. on top of this, my fiancé's father died two days ago, so now we have to schedule the funeral with the C section, which we made very clear to ravin and other staff members. still, no answer or communication. Today i finally got in touch with ravin, and she lied to my face saying she personally spoke with my fiance and informed her of the time and information we needed for the c section. which was a complete lie since i was with my fiance all day yesterday dealing with my father in law's death. Once She lied to us, I was furious. I did curse at her repeatedly and demand to know the time of the c section. she then stopped responding to me, and left me on a busy line on hold until the line went dead. I called back asking the receptionist for help and ravin jumps on the line and rudely interrupts me again, and refuses to give us the time of the C section, despite being aware that we are planning a funeral for our baby's grandfather around this C section. We are very disappointed that we were treated this way while grieving the loss of a close family member. i do apologize for my profane outburst, but that does not excuse Ravin's coldness, unprofessionalism, hurtfulness, and disregard for my fiance, my son, and my father in law. Again I want to emphasize, the Doctors here, treat us with absolute respect and dare I say Love when they handle My fiance and unborn child. We will be returning upon future pregnancies, with disdain and holding distance from Ravin, until amends be made by her.
