I was filling out the paperwork 10 seconds after walking in and the wait was about 10 minutes before I was getting the MRI. I researched the cost and was surprised to find that hospitals get paid over $1200 for this service but places like this charge much less. I read that other review and that is not my experience. You go to a doctor and your insurance pays what it pays. I don't know about everyone else but when I go to a medical appointment I give them my health insurance card and whatever the insurance pays it pays and I pay my share - just a deductible with my policy. My pharmacy needed more information today in order to fill my script but the physician, Lauren (who was wonderful), was not in today and wouldn't be until tomorrow. Knowing that I had run out the staff at IEP Novi went back and forth with me and my pharmacy to ensure I had my prescription today as it's essential to my health.
