I pulled into the lot just as another family was arriving -- the place was completely empty of customers besides us. Myself and this family walked on the lot at the same time. Then I was having other issue so I took it to 2 other mechanics they said without really getting into they would not know for certain but something is wrong take back to dealership well I called cause they sold me a warranty the owner that was nice at sale turned out to be rude , obnoxious ,a jerk and a lier and tried to be a bully I did research he actually has other who think like me and went through same experiences. Then about 3 weeks later I was right the car he said was a solid car with no issues the transmission went less then 90 days from purchase. So I called again he was same way as first call when I said there is an issue but this time he said he will not work on my car in his shop but he says on his website that buy warranty and we do the repair and services . So to put it bluntly he is a lying peice of crap, not a man of his word and only cares about the sale nothing more if would not of complained 2 weeks after i bought it i still would have bad shocks , bad brakes , and tires . Now transmission blew . He is a shady business owner that should not be in business and his favorite line is well we buy the cars fix what is needed drive them and put them on the lot. So don't lie just be honest . But I decided im tired of low class used car salesman its my mission to bring to light his shady ways that he is now teaching his daughter who runs the place with him to be just as shady and a lier like her father . I thought father's are suppose to teach there children the right way to live and treat people not to be a low life that only cares about $ not human beings . At least his wife seen the truth and left his lying, fraudulent , 2 faced no good human being as half man . Daniel Ellis

Tia White greeted us when we arrived and was fantastic throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to answer our questions without any pressure. The negotiation process was straightforward and fair, with very little need for back-and-forth haggling. Pricing was transparent, and Sales Manager Nick worked with us to reach a deal that both sides felt good about. We really appreciated the honesty and professionalism from the entire team. This was our first experience with this dealership, and it could not have been more positive. We left feeling confident in our purchase and valued as customers. We would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

They work in a beautiful building adorned with vintage automobiles, a Starbucks Café (literally!), and walls covered with accolades and "thank you's" attesting to the owner's generosity toward the surrounding community. They even have a gift shop. HOWEVER, if you are on a budget, I don't recommend going here! The assessment alone costs $200. They will reliably find everything that is not perfect with your vehicle and make a recommendation to fix it, and they are VERY EXPENSIVE! They recently quoted me $400 for a repair, that I ultimately got done by an excellent independent mechanic for $100. Same part. Same repair. just no Starbucks. Furthermore, I don't want to unfairly criticize the mechanics that work at patriot Chevrolet, but they performed work on my vehicle previously, yet somehow I had to come back and have more work done on the same system a short month later. Both estimates, if I had followed all of their recommendations, were thousands of dollars. I don't know Patriot Chevrolet's business model, but I had a relative who managed the repair department of a similar operation, and they told me "service" is designed to cover the nut for the entire business. Yep, "sales" is just icing on a very expensive cake.

If you want the BEST customer service, price, and warranty, you must go to Piazza Hyundai!…read more I was on the market for a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle and spent a great deal of time doing research. I discovered Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown through autotrader.com and their prices were by far the most competitive. There was one vehicle that caught my eye so I decided to request an online quote. Stephanie Kimbro immediately reached out to me. She was AMAZING. I shared with her that I live in NJ and was planning on driving 2 hours to her dealership. She saved me a ton of time and hassle making sure that I had all of the appropriate documents since this would be my first time driving again after selling my car when I accepted a job in NYC two years ago. Apparently in order to register the car in my state I needed to have an in-state D.L. as well as insurance. I was able to act quickly the day before my trip and turn in my NC D.L for a NJ D.L. Stephanie saved the day, ensuring that my next step in their dealership went smoothly. She also put a hold sign on the vehicle that I had my heart set on. Upon arriving at the dealership I met with the sales representative, Alex Weisberger, who had been scheduled to facilitate my test ride. He came across as being genuinely kind and knowledgeable with a good sense of humor. I immediately liked him. Alex walked me to the SUV that had put on hold for me and told me all about the vehicle. It turned out the vehicle was not the one for me and I decided not to test drive. Alex handled the situation gracefully, inquired further as to what my must haves and dislikes were, and set out to find me my perfect vehicle. He went into his database and told me he had found what he thought was going to be a perfect fit. His instincts were right on and I fell in love with the vehicle. I had a lot of fun on my test drive with Alex; he put me at ease as I felt my driving skills were a little rusty for not having driven in couple years. When we got back to the dealership to complete the paperwork he kept the conversation going and made what typically is a mind numbing and boring process, enjoyable! Finally, I met with Liz, who finalized the paperwork. She was very efficient and fun which I appreciated. The process took a lot less time than I had anticipated. Overall, I had an amazing experience with Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown and could not recommend them more highly. Their prices are the best and the level of service I was provided could not be beat. Every associate that walked by me gave a warm friendly smile or a "hello" and seemed sincerely happy to be working at this dealership. As a Sales Manager myself, this something that I truly appreciate. Finally, the Hyundai warranty is the best on the market in my opinion; 10 year/100,000 miles. The bottom line is I have found my new favorite car dealership and despite living two hours away, I will be back when the time comes to buy another car. Brennan who I spoke with originally had told me to bring my vehicle in to be looked at due to the media display not working and if it happens to be the chord the cost of labor would be rolled over into other jobs. I needed tires and alignment so I was ok with this. Unfortunately Brennan was out when the job was performed and the marching orders weren't carried over. I was charged. They did end up canceling the bill due to the miscommunication. When I did end up getting my tires and alignment done there that same month, their all in process was supposed to be $889, but it was actually $1012. That is when i decided to write my initial post. That said, my truck has been shaking. I thought it was due to the alignment and balancing that had just been performed. They said my truck needs new axles, but because this is a known issue, it may soon become a recall on my vehicle. They are taking care of it for me, along with another part that is on recall for my vehicle, free of charge. Brennan sincerely apologized for the did disconnect from previous, and how marching orders weren't carried down the line as relayed to me, the customer. Even in my original post, I said I want to like them, and they do good work. Despite my frustration at the time, I still didn't short them on being good people and performing good work. My issues were based on what was verbalized to me, versus what was charged to me. The call and experience has significantly improved my reassessment. I'm still not at 5 stars. I still had to endure these headaches. But I'm hoping this is all in the past and all my future experiences were like my past experiences, barring this one month of trials and tribulations. Thanks Brennan and team!

I expected a 3% from a corner garage that's trying to make ends meet but not a Kennedy dealership. It seems very petty especially on a service bill that was over $2,000. We met Gary last week and he assisted us with our questions and helped me with a test drive too. I explained I was coming in the following Saturday to purchase the car. I had made an appointment for 9:30 am. He was ready and waiting for me. A week prior I was pretty overwhelmed with all the various "Outback" models they offer. Gary asked me some basic questions and helped narrow it down. He told me about the key features. I'll be honest- the car I traded was 9 years old and the fanciest thing I had was WiFi. So to say I was overwhelmed is an understatement! After the car was purchased, I was shown how to download this nifty app (it's optional) but I thought it was worth it. Additionally Pete was helpful and gives a tutorial about the electronic features and made learning it relatively easy. He helped us sync the phones to the car and showed us how to use everything from the radio to the cruise control. I know enough to be able to use the radio and to drive the car. . Gary English was extremely helpful and made the process painless, fast and easy. The other Gary (finance manager) made the paperwork flow efficienyly. I highly recommend Piazza Suburu. If you go tell them I referred you and I'll get 50$ if you buy! Take advantage of their 50$ gift card too just for test driving it! They're moving to a brand spankin new location in early March.
