We saw a recent trade to the lot at Patriot Chevy that was a 2016 Trail Boss (pretty much same option as the newer Midnight Edition)....and boy was it pretty! I reached out to Patriot to express interest and ask a few questions about their warranty backed by Allstate and Traci (Internet Specialist) immediately replied to my email and set up a call. We chatted for a few minutes and set up a time to come in. The entire team was easily accessible via phone/text/email with very little delay. Traci was great to talk to, personable; and we chatted about where we lived for a bit as I was coming form central-ish NJ. Already got the feeling this was not your average dealership! We set our appointment up for that same evening and about an hour before hand we received a call from Megan. Megan was our salesperson and wanted to introduce herself and confirm that we were still on schedule for the evening. It was a quick, pleasant call and I knew we were going to make a deal that evening. We made it there a few minutes early to our appointment and were immediately greeted and advised our salesperson would be with us shortly. We had our kids with us and they enjoyed the set up of the waiting area (and surprisingly, well behaved!). Moving on to actually meeting Megan. She was an absolute delight. Always with a smile and provided no pressure at all on the sale. We went for a test drive to see if we enjoyed the vehicle before even discussing anything else. We sure did! Our appointment was at 7:30 and despite the listed hours were to close at 8pm, Megan and the sales Manager (Mike) were patient with us through the entire process and did not seem to rush us out, look at the time, or pressure the sale (in any direction). There was no back and forth haggling either. Megan told us what came with the vehicle, any warranties offered and had all the vehicles information available to us (including CarFax, records, and any knowledge of the Trim). Both of us loved working with Megan... for two naturally introverted, anxious people, Megan made us feel at ease. At approximately 8:45pm, we struck a deal and Megan took a picture of us with the vehicle said it would be detailed first thing in the AM and I could pick it up and drop off the check. Megan texted us that evening after we thanked her for her help and provided the picture to us. She squared away a few details regarding the fuel levels and the check information and we met as discussed at 12pm the following day. Man, the car looked so much more beautiful cleaned and in the daylight! Megan walked me through the entire process from finance, any additional questions via text message and setting up the On-Star welcome call. The entire process was a pleasure and thanks for Traci and Megan we are happy to have taken the leap and the hour drive down to Patriot Chevrolet!! THANK YOU !!

We called around 3:30 for a status and were told they were waiting for a more experienced tech. We stopped in at 5pm to pick up the truck and was told "sorry we didn't get to it today" I said what its been here for 8 hours and they said "yeah sorry didn't get to it' and so we left nobody tried to stop us or apologize and I'm shocked and feel like I'm being punked or something. This is how we operate now, after explaining how important not having this work truck out of service was we just didn't get to it today. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere trust me.

I discovered Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown through autotrader.com and their prices were by far the most competitive. There was one vehicle that caught my eye so I decided to request an online quote. Stephanie Kimbro immediately reached out to me. She was AMAZING. I shared with her that I live in NJ and was planning on driving 2 hours to her dealership. She saved me a ton of time and hassle making sure that I had all of the appropriate documents since this would be my first time driving again after selling my car when I accepted a job in NYC two years ago. Apparently in order to register the car in my state I needed to have an in-state D.L. as well as insurance. I was able to act quickly the day before my trip and turn in my NC D.L for a NJ D.L. Stephanie saved the day, ensuring that my next step in their dealership went smoothly. She also put a hold sign on the vehicle that I had my heart set on. Upon arriving at the dealership I met with the sales representative, Alex Weisberger, who had been scheduled to facilitate my test ride. He came across as being genuinely kind and knowledgeable with a good sense of humor. I immediately liked him. Alex walked me to the SUV that had put on hold for me and told me all about the vehicle. It turned out the vehicle was not the one for me and I decided not to test drive. Alex handled the situation gracefully, inquired further as to what my must haves and dislikes were, and set out to find me my perfect vehicle. He went into his database and told me he had found what he thought was going to be a perfect fit. His instincts were right on and I fell in love with the vehicle. I had a lot of fun on my test drive with Alex; he put me at ease as I felt my driving skills were a little rusty for not having driven in couple years. When we got back to the dealership to complete the paperwork he kept the conversation going and made what typically is a mind numbing and boring process, enjoyable! Finally, I met with Liz, who finalized the paperwork. She was very efficient and fun which I appreciated. The process took a lot less time than I had anticipated. Overall, I had an amazing experience with Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown and could not recommend them more highly. Their prices are the best and the level of service I was provided could not be beat. Every associate that walked by me gave a warm friendly smile or a "hello" and seemed sincerely happy to be working at this dealership. As a Sales Manager myself, this something that I truly appreciate. Finally, the Hyundai warranty is the best on the market in my opinion; 10 year/100,000 miles. The bottom line is I have found my new favorite car dealership and despite living two hours away, I will be back when the time comes to buy another car.     I dropped my car at Piazza Hyundai on July 13, 2025, for a transmission issue and check engine…read morelight was on. I had to rent car for week because loaner can't be given until a diagnosis is given are they are too busy to look at right away. $476 Piazza Hyundai said the problem was caused by the engine and I needed a fuel induction service and oil change. I paid $309.03 and picked up car on July 17th. I was still having random shifting issues with the transmission, and the car went back in on July 21, and was given a loaner car this time. Piazza Service now determined I needed a engine replacement. Hyundai engines were backordered during this time. I did not get my car back until Sept 16th. My 10yr powertrain warranty expired during this time. I picked up the car, and we were still having the same issue. I brought the car back on Sept 22. Service dept thought it could be the oil in the transmission. Hyundai now did transmission oil change $318. I picked the car up on Oct 6. Oct 7th the same shifting problem happened again to where I drove straight to the dealer and had a service advisor take a ride with me so he could see the rough shifting and locking the transmission was doing. The next day he called me and told me I needed a transmission replacement. Service Advisor called me the next day and told me it would not be covered under warranty because of two reasons 1. The warranty expired August 17, 2025 2. I had exceeded the dollar cap on the warranty. (10yr/100,000 mile powertrain has a dollar cap with Hyundai, they won't tell you this until you exceed it, Americas Best warranty?) I called Hyundai CPO warranty, and they told me a transmission issue was never reported to them back on July 15th so they will not cover it. I have the invoice that says "Customer states check transmission putting in reverse. Jolt occurs while driving. Once jolt occurs it will keep happening until vehicle is shut off. Check and advise. Slipping a lot." I talked to service manager, basically said there is nothing he could do. He told me I should have taken the buyout. I was never offered a buyout; I probably would have taken it. A buyout would make sense, why put a $23854. engine in a $7000 car?? Are they paid a commission? I called Hyundai Customer service case # XXXXXXXX. They first recommended I have the dealer file a Repair Assist request. The service dept told me that this was only for original owners not Certified Preowned owners. I told them Hyundai told me to do have you do this. As expected, the next day I got a call it was denied. October 15th car finally fixed, Piazza gave me a 3.8% discount /$200 off, I had to pay $5374.77. Made 3 online requests and 3 calls to Piazza Auto Group and never received a call back. Seems like a Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act violation, but they don't care

    UPDATE TO PREVIOUS Originally I gave 2 out of 5 stars…read moreI'm moving to 4 out of 5 based on most recent interactions and the business taking ownership for their disconnect in communication. Brennan who I spoke with originally had told me to bring my vehicle in to be looked at due to the media display not working and if it happens to be the chord the cost of labor would be rolled over into other jobs. I needed tires and alignment so I was ok with this. Unfortunately Brennan was out when the job was performed and the marching orders weren't carried over. I was charged. They did end up canceling the bill due to the miscommunication. When I did end up getting my tires and alignment done there that same month, their all in process was supposed to be $889, but it was actually $1012. That is when i decided to write my initial post. That said, my truck has been shaking. I thought it was due to the alignment and balancing that had just been performed. They said my truck needs new axles, but because this is a known issue, it may soon become a recall on my vehicle. They are taking care of it for me, along with another part that is on recall for my vehicle, free of charge. Brennan sincerely apologized for the did disconnect from previous, and how marching orders weren't carried down the line as relayed to me, the customer. Even in my original post, I said I want to like them, and they do good work. Despite my frustration at the time, I still didn't short them on being good people and performing good work. My issues were based on what was verbalized to me, versus what was charged to me. The call and experience has significantly improved my reassessment. I'm still not at 5 stars. I still had to endure these headaches. But I'm hoping this is all in the past and all my future experiences were like my past experiences, barring this one month of trials and tribulations. I expected a 3% from a corner garage that's trying to make ends meet but not a Kennedy dealership. It seems very petty especially on a service bill that was over $2,000. Also, the owners manual suggests changing the oil every 10,000 miles. Their windshield sticker suggests changing oil at 5,000 miles. That's $237 per oil change. Big difference for a working man. An overall unpleasant experience with their service department based primarily on greedy nickel and dime charges to their customers.

We met Gary last week and he assisted us with our questions and helped me with a test drive too. I explained I was coming in the following Saturday to purchase the car. I had made an appointment for 9:30 am. He was ready and waiting for me. A week prior I was pretty overwhelmed with all the various "Outback" models they offer. Gary asked me some basic questions and helped narrow it down. He told me about the key features. I'll be honest- the car I traded was 9 years old and the fanciest thing I had was WiFi. So to say I was overwhelmed is an understatement! After the car was purchased, I was shown how to download this nifty app (it's optional) but I thought it was worth it. Additionally Pete was helpful and gives a tutorial about the electronic features and made learning it relatively easy. He helped us sync the phones to the car and showed us how to use everything from the radio to the cruise control. I know enough to be able to use the radio and to drive the car. . Gary English was extremely helpful and made the process painless, fast and easy. The other Gary (finance manager) made the paperwork flow efficienyly. I highly recommend Piazza Suburu. If you go tell them I referred you and I'll get 50$ if you buy! Take advantage of their 50$ gift card too just for test driving it! They're moving to a brand spankin new location in early March. Woot woot!! I love their existing location because it's close. I don't love the lot which is chock full o potholes.

    Im extremely pissed when I bought my car lil over year ago I got the warranty for it and was told…read moreand lied to telling me it would cover everything except tires, other day my heated seat switch decided to stay on low so o took it to get fixed just to find out this morning they lied to me about the coverage and now im stuck with a csr that can catch on fire!! Yes I can just disconnect it but why would I just want it be disconnect.... I would highly recommend not buying cars from this dealership ever reroute your self and go to another or allentown dealership, these guys such scumbags!!
