My car always collects a good layer of dirt and debris on those drives. In all honesty, I prefer the Vista location over this one. Unfortunately, I don't live there anymore. As other yelpers have pointed out, some of the tools at the detailing stations are dysfunctional or broken. Who's in charge of maintenance? And, the staff could do a better job at keeping the towels stocked and the trash bins emptied.

Confusion at Arrival: As soon as I hit the driveway, I was unsure if I was in the right place because the logos didn't match. It caused unnecessary confusion until I finally spotted a sign with the correct logo. 2. Malfunctioning Screen: Upon arriving, the screen didn't respond at all despite my repeated attempts to push the buttons. I even inserted my card, but nothing happened. I honked for assistance, but no one came out. 3. Help Button Issues: I pressed the help button, hoping for assistance, but still no one responded. Eventually, the screen flickered to life, but it barely worked. 4. Repetitive Membership Offers: During this frustrating transaction, I was offered the membership four times, which felt excessive and unnecessary. I had already made it clear that I wasn't interested. First put in $5.00 dollars which gives you an extra 2 minutes. That got pre-rinse , tire shine , engine spray , and the soap brush .
