Dropped us off at our B&B and was a great conversationalist. The tow was great. The repair at their shop, not so much. They replaced the thermostat and water pump. By the time we reached Moab, Utah, the coolant was boiling again. Ultimately, it appears that the issue was the radiator cooling fan. Misdiagnosed. Five stars for the tow and one for the repair.

Okay, I get that, but then at the end, when I asked if they had reset the TPMS sensors after tire rotation, they said no. That cost $55.
