i hired and paid Premier to do a retaining wall and he destroyed my yard, my drains and my landscaping. He kept asking for more money, and I fell for it. Paid him then they didn't show up. I had to pay over $40K additional to have someone to fix eveeything he destroyed in my yard and put in a new wall. Originally hired Premiere Landscaping to replace steps, landscaping, and recapping stones on a retaining wall. We came home to find that the company selected cap stones without consulting my husband and I. We didn't like them so we asked to change them out with a stone we selected. They did and did a decent job on our steps so we asked premiere to quote us to install a stone patio and outdoor bar and that is where the nightmare started. Three years later we have a stone bar that will need to be completely redone because of the negligent job they did, they cut corners and again made design decisions without getting our input. The owner hired, fired, and rehired his crew that did the job and continually asked for money for a job that wasn't even a quarter complete. The company partially stained a pressure treated wood pergola that should have sat a year causing warping to occur, partially because it took a year to get them to finish staining the bottom of the prematurely stained pergola and the top of it still sits not stained. After months of asking for work to be completed you finally lose steam and give up, I think the worst part was how unprofessional the owner was with my husband when we raised our concerns. He told us that he lost a ton of money on this project (that he quoted) and would not put another dime into the project. He also left his premiere landscaping trailer in our yard for a whole winter without asking my husband or myself if he could, we didn't bill for the space or free advertising. I could go on and on but instead end with this, buyer beware is where I will leave it. I wish I knew all the stories of the unprofessionalism that have come to light after the fact. There is no recourse that my husband and I can take that is worth the time and lawyer fees so telling our story to hopefully prevent someone else from having the same negative experience is the least we can do. read more

Premier landscaping is by far the best landscaping and snow removal company around. During the summer they show up right on schedule to mow and make my yard look amazing. During the winter months they show up in a timely fashion to clear out my driveways. Customer service is also great. Workers get right to it and get the job done without any nonsense. If I could id rate this company a 10/10. They'd def get it. I've referred friends and family. They as well are pleased with the services. I am very disappointed, when I only requested for my bill . I usually receive by postal mail. All of a sudden the new billing girl decides on her own to just send out the bills email with out even asking the customer. I sometimes done get to check my emails. But I always like to have my bills mailed out. I asked nicely for it to be mailed out ... she said she emailed it, I explained to her I didn't want it emailed I want it mailed out like it has been. She said she would. Well I had left a message to them that I had already had my yard mowed and wouldn't need there service the next week. Monday they showed up and asked me , they said it looks mowed do you need us ... I said I had sent a message to the office didn't they tell you not to come ?? They said no. And I also sent that I still havnt received my bill in the mail yet . So I wait another week .. it is the 3rd week no bill yet I sent another message telling I still havnt received my bill I don't want a late charge .. and I like to pay my bills on time, I received a phone call within minutes from a young lady that persistent wanted my email address , I said I don't want my bill sent through my email , she said well that is how we bill . I said well all my others came on mail , then she turned around and said she sent it by mail .. and I just never got iT!! And do I want it sent certified , I said no cause if I am not home I will have to drive all the way to the post office to get it .. I said no just mail it out regular mail .. she persisted to repeat her self again ... I was getting frustrated talking to her about getting my bill I said if you want to get paid please just mail my bill in the mail!!! And she started to say something else I hung up ... for one I am the customer it shouldn't be a hassle to receive your bill ,? I never agreed to have my billing changed to email .. and when you tell them you havnt received a bill they shouldn't make it out it is your own fault when she messed up . Then forgot again to mail it the second time and third time then she preceded to email me and tell me please don't be rude !!! Excuse me I shouldn't be arguing over getting my bill mailed to me.. well I told her I will not need there services any more because of her actions !! Premier does a good job with the landscaping. Billing is another issue, as the previous reviewer noted. For example, when the bill had to be adjusted for some reason, that adjustment (credit) sometimes wasn't reflected in their invoice. Good quality landscaping, not so good customer service. read more

Not dependable! This company just can't get it done. Look else where if you want a company that's dependable in all aspects.
