However the customer experience was great. Clean office, charismatic and friendly people. I went in for lingering congestion and a cough after a cold I had about a week and a half ago. They think it's bronchitis. They gave me a steroid shot, and a prescription for a plethora of antibiotics and steroids for the next week, along with an albuterol inhaler for the wheezing. They were much kinder, efficient, and thorough than any FL urgent care I've been to. In FL, there's sometimes a cheaper $100-ish cost to get into the clinic, and then an additional bill sent to your home weeks later. This clinic assured me that the $210 I paid upfront will be the only bill I have to pay, aside from the prescriptions from Publix. That was a huge relief, also.

They are in for required drug tests- uniformed employees coming in. They may also have an appointment you don't know about. Walk-in's are seen when time allows & what your emerg is. The paper work part of the visit was a little long. I work in an urgent care and we don't require that much paperwork. The PA Kyle was good. He was a nice guy with good bedside manner and was quick yet thorough in his exam. He got me a breathing treatment started while he got my prescriptions e-scribed. The breathing treatment helped with my bronco spasms and I got relief from my cough after coughing all day long. He came in and checked on me and reviewed my medications and answered all of my questions. He made sure I got all the medications I needed to get me through the week I told him I would be going to work and needed to feel the best I could. The price of urgent care is high but I had no choice with it being after 5pm and my pcp being booked for the next day. I would recommend if you absolutely need care but if you can wait you should. Coming from someone who works in urgent care we see a lot of stuff that could probably wait until the next day and that makes wait times longer for people who have more urgent needs. The inside was clean and modern and had a lot of seating. Very nice facility in terms of decor.

Should of owed $40 for an injection. Instead they chose to bill AGAIN for the visit, and the injection. The bill was received 9/27/2023 and is DUE the same day, leaving no time to get a correct bill. Called and attempted to get it resolved, and after being told it was fixed and i could now pay the $40 balance, I'm still being billed for the visit and injection. It's a shame the nurse I saw isn't at a reputable clinic since she was good and actually listen to me.

It is a clinic not a doctor's office, so I accept that there is often a long wait time. I went from 5 stars to 3 because I've spent all day Trying to get a message to my doctor despite several calls, voicemails, etc. And have not been successful. I have had this problem before. I saw my doctor yesterday and we talked about several different issues which required medication but the first one was sciatica pain, and he was going to call something in for that. But evidently forgot which he's human so OK. I have been trying to call Reagan @ Five Forks all day, starting at 8:30 thru 4:45. And when you call reagan be prepared for a several minute message before telling you what number to push. And it tries to get you to go to their website for making appointments, getting refills and leaving messages. However, neither their website nor the Healow app has any way to leave a message. There is a way for them to leave you a message but no way for you to get in touch with your doctor with any questions or in my case asking my doctor to send something in for sciatica. I received a text the day before my appointment asking me to check in ahead of time. So I clicked the link and filled out the usual check in forms. when I got to the clinic, they said it was broken and I had to do it again on their electronic pad. so therefore I do not trust the website. I made four or five phone calls today. One time I pushed the key for leaving a message for the nurse and I ended up getting somebody that was a scheduler at a completely different location whose English was not very good and had never even heard of sciatica. And argued with me. I mean all I'm asking is to get a message to my doctor. Around 4:30 this afternoon I placed my last and probably fifth phone call. All for sciatic pain which is so simple. I got a very friendly person who, despite my calling the five Forks location worked at a completely different location and was the scheduler as well. However, she was the friendliest one I've spoken to all day long. She asked me to hold as she was going to follow up on this. But after 15 minutes of nobody getting back on the phone I hung up. She had pulled up my record so obviously she had my phone number and I sort of thought she would call me back, but she did not. This is the only negative review I've ever written re Reagan. I've been seeing my primary care doctor (dr George Rafeedie 5) for probably 6 to 8 years. Dr. Rafeedie is excellent. It's just that it takes an act of God to get a message to him. So tomorrow I will have to go to the Suwanee urgent care, which is closer to me to see if I can get something for my sciatica pain. I've read several negative reviews commenting that the front desk people seem uninterested or are not working. I can't really speak to that. I know they see a lot of people and sometimes people can be difficult with them so they probably have their guard up. It is a walk-in clinic after all. but behind that door is where the real work happens. The doctors, nurses, and PAs and whoever else back there are working hard, but they're also laughing with each other and clearly like their work $ their colleagues. So if it wasn't for the inability to get a message to your doctor, which I have experienced before, I'd go back to 5 stars.

Not many U.C. centers have that! Reagan is preparing copy of my Xray for orthopedics for further treatment.
