Older male, extremely anxious and nervous. Staff took the time to come out and fill all of the paperwork out for/with him instead of leaving him on his own to navigate. And there is a LOT of paperwork (like anything medical.) The staff member was kind. Let me say that again: "The staff member was kind." She chose a great path that day and I appreciate her for it.

When we picked up our car, everything was done perfectly. They used original or top-quality parts, and the rotors and brake pads even come with a 3-year / 100K-mile warranty -- seriously, who can beat that? Care quality isn't even decent, I gave birth in October in the Lehi location, and the nurse I had was awful. Cause severe birth trauma for me as a first time mom, wish I could remember her name. I've had family try to help me navigate their financial aide and they mention Intermountain isn't even this hard. If you can, go elsewhere.
