They took excellent care of me and I was in/out in a pretty reasonable amount of time. But my favorite part was watching how staff dealt with another client. Older male, extremely anxious and nervous. Staff took the time to come out and fill all of the paperwork out for/with him instead of leaving him on his own to navigate. And there is a LOT of paperwork (like anything medical.) The staff member was kind. Let me say that again: "The staff member was kind." She chose a great path that day and I appreciate her for it.

RAYUS didn't contact my Insurance early enough to get approval for appointment. First there was a…read moremisunderstanding and when I thought they had been working with the insurance company, they weren't. It was hard to know I was going to have to wait anther 5 days for services, but I endured. They still didn't contact the insurance company for another three days. It wasn't enough time for the approval to go through so they sent a message asking me to rescheduled the imaging which means I have to reschedule my appointment with my docter as well. Once they sent me the notice, I tried to contact my insurace company, but it was too late in the day and now I have to wain until after the weekend to try to get things straightened out and get on the schedule. I'm very disappointed.

My son and I nicknamed it "Babushka Honda" -- that's "G-ma Honda" in Russian -- because it felt like a cozy little time machine straight to the '90s. We had fun with it! When we picked up our car, everything was done perfectly. They used original or top-quality parts, and the rotors and brake pads even come with a 3-year / 100K-mile warranty -- seriously, who can beat that? They're quick to remind you of your outstanding balance but will leave you on hold for 45 minutes hoping you'll hang up, only for them to. Care quality isn't even decent, I gave birth in October in the Lehi location, and the nurse I had was awful. Cause severe birth trauma for me as a first time mom, wish I could remember her name. I've had family try to help me navigate their financial aide and they mention Intermountain isn't even this hard. If you can, go elsewhere.
