My son took the car back and they said there was nothing they could do. I called the company to talk to the owner, Nick Brunner and he said I was a scammer and was extremely rude to me on the phone. I explained that my son had just taken my car in for a brake job and that the handle to the door was broken. He went on to scream at me that the handle was already broken and there was nothing they could do. My son did tell them that part of the handle was broken, but they broke the other part. He refused to listen to me. They said there was nothing they were going to do about the broken handle which they broke. His company is denying any wrongdoing. Additionally, the brake light was still on in his car so the company just disengaged the brake sensor. I would never ever use this company again. I had contacted the Better Business Bureau and Nick Brunner did not respond. Attached is the letter that I received from the Better Business Bureau.
