Often most of the stuff is completely out of my price range but it is a good place to start for ideas. Recently though I was after a high gloss white sideboard and these guys were the only place I could find exactly what I was after. So I waited for a sale and then pounced on my bargain. Worry not they have plenty of sales. I didn't really appreciate having to pay delivery on such an expensive item but hey that's life I suppose. This is a huge store you can easily spend a lot of time in. They also have a very nice restaurant which is so clean my Mom remarks about the fact every time we drive past. If you've seen my Mom's (show) house you'll know this is high praise indeed. On top of cleanliness they also do lovely lunches and snacks. Perfect after all that browsing.

Dennetts is a family owned shop that specialise in high seat, fireside chairs and riser recliner…read morechairs. They also sell living room furniture such as tables, sofas and table chairs. It's pretty rare that I come across a furniture store that specialises in furniture for the elderly so Dennets made a nice change. Nothing cost more than £200.00 which I thought was very decently priced and is probably more of a relief to their usual customer. Even though the styles didn't appeal to me in anyway their chairs and sofas are so comfy it was a struggle to get up! I'd recommend Dennetts for elderly and for people who just want some comfortable furniture (no matter what the look.)

I don't believe they…read morespecialise in "all kinds of furniture, leather goods and sofas" as they state on shop front because they mostly had plain sofas, some of which I'm sure were made of fake leather. There were a few mattresses and television stands but that's about it. Nothing stood out here because it all looked so dull! They did have some good deals like a single mattress for twenty five pounds and three sofas for three hundred and ninety nine pounds. I would only recommend this store if you had to replace something in your house or flat not if you plan on decorating.

Believe it or not but they don't just sell carpets here. They also sell: carpets, rugs, vinyl,…read morebeds, laminate flooring, furniture and mirrors. You could say they sell a bit everything you need for your home. The shop is filled with all of these products and the prices vary but generally they are good. I didn't really like their selection of carpets as I thought they looked quiet old. They don't do fittings either, which is shame! On the other hand they did have some very nice furniture that can be delivered. I really liked their selection of bathroom furniture because they had some modern styles and old styles that had been re-invented, genius! The staff were friendly and from the way they were talking about the products (that I asked them about) I could tell they have a good knowledge of them. If you're looking for some new furniture or flooring then you might not be disappointed if you come here.
