We learned of Premier Physical Medicine in Pearland at a seminar in Conroe, TX where we live. My husband, Don had a very bad right knee. So bad he wanted to cut his leg off and get a prosthesis. He couldn't have surgery because his diabetes was out of control. We were impressed by the seminar and drove to Pearland where they explained live stem cell therapy and took xrays and explained what could be done. We are senior citizens on a fixed income but realized that without this treatment Don would not be able to continue driving for Uber which he LOVES!! He had the stem cells injected 3 months ago and within less than a week the pain was relieved!! We have been back to the clinic for check-ups and are always amazed at how friendly and competent the staff is. Very caring and go above and beyond to help in any way they can. Yes, the cost is high. This place is a scam. Be careful. My wife went in for an adjustment for an annoying weightlifting discomfort. Turned into X-rays, neck brace recommendation....and we left. The "x-ray" didn't even have my wife's name on it, and they couldn't give me a copy of them until later in the day. Total scam. read more

Great staff here! They truly are a great interdisciplinary team of care providers. I came in with a swollen right knee that was hard to walk on. They try to avoid surgery and do not believe in steroid injections, which I agree with. They have a more holistic or Eastern Medicine approach to things which goes more with my personal health practices. I have been doing therapy here, which consists of improving my bio mechanics, chiropractic work, knee braces, and shoe in-lines they fitted me for. I also have received Hylauronic acid injections and am currently getting a round of PRP (plate rich plasma) with ozone. Yes, they're not fun, but I have seen improvements, major improvements in my body mechanics and especially my knee injury. I am an active person in general, and my job also requires a lot of physical activity, so I am truly benefiting and grateful from the care and treatments I'm receiving here. They are getting me back to what I love doing and allowing me to continue working without surgery. Horrible experience came in for a consultation for lower back pain. Then the lady tells me that I need to sign up for a year of therapy at a yearly cost of $1,800 in monthly payments? Ridiculous. When I asked why I couldn't just get adjusted she explained to me that she could do that but it would just put a bandaid on the problem? Sounds like a sales pitch to me. warning!!! beware!!! if you are seeking stem cell therapy (injections or iv), then do not go to premier physical medicine! they lure you in at seminars that they hold at various hotels throughout greater houston. i attended one of these seminars in spring, texas, in which they portrayed stem cell therapy as miraculous. i spent $30,000 many months ago on a stem cell iv and injections (left shoulder, neck, and spine), with absolutely no relief. my condition (osteoarthritis) has worsened tremendously (in fact, two days after receiving the "treatment", my feet started to feel intense burning, itching, and pain, all of which i did not have prior to said "treatment"). i have more pain than ever in the areas in which i received "treatment". additionally, after treatment, i started to feel pain in areas it did not previously exist, or where the pain was minimal. these areas include my jaw, right hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder, hips, and knees. i called & talked to tommy pelischek (case manager), upon which he said that "dr." carlos buford (he is not a medical doctor, but a nurse practitioner, and the person who administered the injections and iv) would call me to discuss these issues. it took a week for him to call me, and i even had to call and tell the receptionist to let her know he still had yet to call me. the day before thanksgiving, i returned for a follow-up appt, which was not easy for me to make since i have little mobility and am in severe pain, and have to rely upon my son, who works, to get me to places. they all insisted that my worsening was being caused by a systemic, underlying problem (through phone conversations and email). however, upon a series of intensive testing, the results showed no other problem. despite spending $30k, all of this was done without me ever seeing or talking to an actual medical doctor. they kept telling me to come back in for "help". to help me??? that is why i paid an astronomical sum of money to begin with, expecting great results, as they assured me i would have. we discovered that the owner of the facility is named dr. ruiz u. haque. he never once reached out to me, even though i sent him two certified letters (to where he works at pearland healthcare center 2404 smith ranch rd #200, pearland, tx 77584) explaining my plight and asking for a refund. in addition to sending this to dr. haque, i also electronically sent copies to tommy pelischek and the physicians assistant, tiffany mauldin. i cc'd carlos buford as well. in summary, i believe that i received either contaminated or dead stem cells. after asking for a refund, i have not heard from a single person associated with premier. i am writing this in the hope that i can save other people from enduring the same severe anguish, pain, and suffering that this has caused me. read more
