On the first day our home went up for sale, frozen rain had laid out a sheet of ice along the driveway and front entryway. Jennifer, the person handling the close had the financials wrong, instead of wiring my loan company the balance, she popped it in the mail. Four days after the close and multiple calls to my bank regarding my loan balance, I called B&W. No one could help me and had to track the closer down! Once they found her, she called me to tell me I should never insinuate that she was stealing my money. I told her the money was supposed to be wired first thing the next day (I had an afternoon close and B&W doesn't wire money in the afternoon) and that is wasn't. She never reached out to my attorney or my B&W realtor to say she couldn't locate the wire instructions and needed them again. She couldn't even bother to provide a tracking number so I could verify that she sent the money. I would stay away and go anywhere but here!
