!!! We are licensed boat owners and don't recommended this place at all !!!…read more Me and my family were planning on renting a 14 person boat we had reserved the night before. However due to mechanical errors we were unable to take it. They were able to help and give us a 10 person boat instead. We went to the dock to get shown the boat. We then got in the boat and noticed a handful of issues not enough life jackets, trim gauge broken, fire extinguisher not mounted correctly and other issues. Keagen was cavalier about our safety questions and referred to us as crappy customers and threatened to have us kicked off the boat when we raised our concerns. When we got on the water we ran into some mechanical issues with the acceleration sputtering. However with these issues we pressed on. When we dropped the boat off we treated childishly where we were dismissed about our issues. We then left and were on our way. Would not rent here as the product we received was bad and the service was worse.

So, of course we can't use the golf cart rental. South Haven is full of tourists, all golf carts are reserved, there is no way this golf cart would not be rented sometime during the weekend. They refused to refund our money, so we're out over 300.00 for three days of cart rental. I have owned a business...I would never treat a customer like that. This just shows you what kind of owners this business has. Go somewhere else where they'll treat your fairly.
