They check the motor and said they found water in the fuel and in the oil. Was told this would not be covered by warranty and it was $1800 to pump out the fuel tank and replace the fuel filter with an oil change. We pay for the repairs and pick up the toon when completed. We take it to the lake on Saturday to be 500 feet from the dock to have the toon stall and not start. We call the marina from the lake and they said to bring it back. We drop off the toon to Gull Lake Marina again and they check it out and not say it's another $600 to replace the AIC valve and that is not covered by the warranty. Because the repair was not covered by warranty I called some other marinas in the area to see how much to have this valve replaced. This is when I learned the GLM is $70 an hour more than most Marinas in the area for service work. I do not approve the repairs and tell them I will pick up my toon. When we go to pick it up we find the jack stand tire was broken and left that way for us. I call to ask them to replace the broken tire that was broke when it was in there lot. They replace the tire two days later and we pick up the toon. I get home and look over the motor and find the fuel line clamp was not in place on the fuel filter. For $1800 you would think the fuel line clamp would be installed correctly. Do not use Gull Lake Marina to service your water craft! Also this was the second time they damaged my boat when they had it. The first time they damaged it when picking it up with a fork lift and were putting it on the brand new trailer. The damaged the trim that goes around the floor of the toon.

That's fairly crucial with our short summer season. There are a variety of accessories available for ski, I/O, or pontoon boats. They also sell everything form skateboards to wakeboards and the sales reps have a solid knowledge of not only the products but which is best suited to individual riding style. I'd recommend giving a bit more time in the fall to schedule service for winterizing and storage. They get slammed with boats and the storage space can run out quickly. They're a former Malibu dealer and now carry MB boats which I've heard are a higher quality product at a better price. They also have Cyprus Cay Pontoon boats. I can't tell you much about those other than they've won some awards and appear to be a nice ride. One thing I'd recommend to buy from this dealer are water tramps and tubes. I've found lower quality tubes can structurally fail after only a few weeks and the higher quality ones sold here have lasted for several seasons. Best deals on these are in the fall if you can wait. Great bunch of guys working here. I highly recommend this business.

Well they did not do a water test and when I got it back I could not get the boat under full power AND several wires and wire nuts were hanging from the control box. I called and left 5 messages for Treveor asking for a call back and he just flat out refuses to call me back. Not only that but when I got it back I was missing a dock bumper AND 2 of the seats on my pontoon were stained with oil or whatever was on their pants when working on the dock. I would stay away from Trevor and Pine Lake Marina. I am having a new motor and controls installed next Spring and Trevor will never get my business again! ADDED TWO WEEKS LATER: I just bought a 50 hp Mercury from Gull Lake Marina for less than a quote on 30 hp from Pine Lake Marina.

Action has had my lift cylinders for my Mastercraft boat life since last October and after…read moreattempting to install the lift last Tuesday May 18th and realizing the cylinders weren't repaired, we are now, 10 days later just before a holiday weekend, being notified we need new cylinders and maybe we can find a pair. This is unacceptable and below the credibility and reputation of Action Water Sports. The fact that Action didn't check the cylinders before my scheduled day of install is unprofessional. They also found a crack in a cross member of the lift and said to us "oh yeah, I think I remember that last year and didn't tell you." So we scrambled to find a portable welding service that day to weld the cross member to then find out about the cylinders leaking. There are no words on how disappointing we are in the quality of work performed from Action.

The staff were very professional and not forceful during the process of me looking at the boat. I spent around 2 to 3 hours sitting on the boat, walking around the boat, and talking to the staff about anything and everything. My decision to buy the boat was me liking the boat a lot and due to the setup and colors. The second reason was as mentioned above the staff were not forceful on purchasing as some dealers can be at times. I ended up adding on a fishing Bimini top and upgrading to a tandem axle trailer for longer trips down the road. The price on the boat was a very reasonable price. I priced the boat several times to ensure my calculations were on point with the discounted price they had on the boat.
