Ppl dekalb parts may not have your part today but itll be the right part the next day after they order it. An they treat you with kindness an respect wether your male or female when you ask them ??? She was extremely rude to me, as if it was a huge problem to help me. I didn't get a "how are you today", and instead had a bad attitude and rude looks sent my way. This is very upsetting as usually, I'm always greeted very kindly. I can't believe how badly I was treated there. It's unacceptable and I hope that she is fired. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience with her also, I've done my best to hold back but I'm fed up with her attitude and her rudeness towards me. And just to add, my husband has said any time he's went in she was always very "flirty". She doesn't need her job there if she is going to treat people rudely.

On the day of my appointment, they took my car in immediately for service. They told me it would take about an hour and a half and they completed timely. When I went out to pick up my car, they had run it through the wash for me which I thought was super awesome! My service rep had a smile on his face and was super kind.
