We recently stayed in orlando and needed more room than a hotel room. It was spring break for my last 2 youngins. We stayed on vista cay resort property. We rented out a very nice, spacious 3 bedroom. Looking at the reviews made me skeptical. I had to see it for myself. Each apartment unit is different. The property is gated with passcode access. The grounds were well maintained and that was a good start. Once we entered the apartment it was just right for us with plenty of room. The entire apartment was nicely decorated with flatscreen tvs with cable channels in every room plus living area. Kitchen also had all the appliances, dishes for cooking if you would like. There was also a pool table to shoot pool for entertainment in the front room. My boys enjoyed that. Throughout the night it was very peaceful. No noise or any night disturbances from the neighbors. There is a very nice lake to walk around with plenty of parking near each apartment. I will definitely rent through milllenium properties in any state i visit that they have rentals in.

I initially signed up with Timeshares by Owner, first with a Marketing fee of $799 to market my timeshare in Hawaii at Kaanapali Beach Maui Hawaii. This is a Hyatt property. I was "trusting there stated years of experience and promises of a quick sale as I made the price very affordable. Instead of truly getting offers, I got a ton of phone calls, very aggressively asking for more money. Of course these calls were not from TSBO, nor affiliated, I will accuse TBSO of feeding my information to the wolves! They take up from money and not results!!!!! All the St management that I have engaged with are a farce, always excuses for missed scheduled calls. Save your money and look elsewhere!

I've rented this house 4 times now, and I will say it has really gone down since my last stay. -The carpet needs to come up, it's beyond cleaning. -The walls need a fresh coat of paint or either a good cleaning. -The pool needs to be cleaned. - The patio needs to be pressure washed, as well as the weeds pulled up. -We ran into roaches(German, the smaller roaches) during our stay as well. I picked up bug spray, but still....and yes I know this is Florida, but bear in mind, I live in coastal SC, so I know the difference between a nasty roach and a common cockroach(palmetto bug/waterbug). These roaches, found upstairs and down. - The living room set needs to be replaced. Overall, I think it's time for a good revamp on this property. There once was a time when our stay was super comfortable, but this time we were left feeling uneasy about our stay. The house is very stocked with cooking essentials, pool towels, and bath linens. The travel size bath sets were a nice touch! As well as the casiola tote and cookies!! While we did appreciate the opportunity to occupy this rental again, I know for certain for our trip in August, we won't consider this rental. We are still very pleased with Casiola, just not this particular rental. The communication was open, they were prompt with a service call, and accommodating with early check in. I hope the owner sees this review and decides to make necessary changes to make this rental more enjoyable for guests.

The unit has enough space for 4 people even though it's listed for up to 8 people. Our room was clean but outside of the bathtub in the primary bedroom was dirty. Outdoor furniture was filthy. I had to clean it myself so I could sit outside. When we checked in the line was not too long but the wait was long. Not sure what the problem was. We were told we had to have our room keys "activated" at another counter. That was to get us to talk to someone about signing us up for the timeshare breakfast. When we asked where the RCI rep was located, we were told we could only talk to someone if we went to the breakfast. We agreed until we were told they wanted to put a $50.00 hold on our credit card. Then got a weird double talk answer as to why they needed to do that, so we said forget it. We'll call RCI. There is NO housekeeping service for the entire week that we're here. I was told if I wanted clean towels, I had to wash them myself. So we're expected to do two of the 4 reasons for which we go on vacation (to get away from work, cooking, cleaning and laundry). We ate at one of the restaurants (Tradewinds). The food was just ok and chips and fries were very salty. I would not recommend staying here.

That's when it went down hill. When he showed up to speak to me and my family I'm assuming the break down of the points. Got so mad threw himself to the back of the chair express his feelings about how bad people have been all day and that we were so rude and shouldn't have been that way. But I never understood why he meant about me being rude all I asked what if it was gonna take longer. He yelled at me and my family. It was very disrespectful and I felt to bad that I just wanted to walk away and not care. I wanted to hear what ever deal they were going to offer me as it sounded to interesting. But after Eduardo spoke to me in the most humiliating way there is no way I want to buy anything. Even there was another employee sitting behind us wearing a pink jacket and she said nothing I'm sure she saw the whole thing since she was just there paying attention to us. My family and I walked away from the room and went back to the lobby and analis took me back in I didn't want to go back even after a while that guy kept talking about me to he's peers.
