When someone finally showed up, the person sent was a different guy. He gave us suggestions that would make it better for not much more money. We got verbal estimate of $4800. We said ok, but when we got the estimate in writing it was $5800. We said we didn't want to spend that much and would like our deposit back. He refused to return it. Going to go to court. After looking into it, I found…read moreout they charged me for two visits, even though the reason they had to make a 2nd visit was because of a part that they forgot to bring so they had to leave and then return later. Also, they tried to charge me for work that had not been completed. Not sure if he is still there to this day, but Randy was highly unprofessional and literally yelled at me to leave their office, even though he ultimately gave me a credit to my bill because he knew I was right. I had to physically go to their office, as I was not getting a call back after leaving numerous messages about their mistake. Always double check what they are trying to charge you for. It was not a good experience.

While they were in the house, he noticed my hot water heater was starting to leak. I was able to go through my home warranty to get it replaced (although they choose the plumber on that and it wasn't Witt.) Even though I did t use them for the new hot water heater project, I would still totally recommend them as they were able to get to the water line job quickly and I appreciate him giving me a heads up about the hot water heater.
