I could have used the check with the name I had given them, even though I have changed my last name, but not my middle initial. The ignorance, rudeness and complete incompetence is astonishing. We have automatic withdrawal and they let our insurance lamps didn't make a good enough effort to get a hold of us, their excuse was that "we have so many customers" really so what the heck are we.. Don't even bother getting insured by them don't care about their customers and to be with them as long as we have and to have homeowners and mobile insurance and they didn't care to make things right.
