He didn't break down any walls or ceilings, just drilled holes at the affected areas to run tubing for his drying equipment. He and his assistant always came on time, sometimes a bit earlier, to check progress and work. When his initial attempt to dry the floor didn't work as well as we hoped, he informed me that the bathroom floor needed to be removed so his equipment can do its magic - a statement backed up by the field adjuster for my home insurance who checked the damage, so I knew he was being honest.
