I THOUGHT I called the Great Falls branch so when I showed up for my 12:00pm appointment, they didn't have any record of it. They could've sent me away and had me schedule an appointment, but instead they checked their inventory and got me in right away. They were done within the hour, and I LOVE my new windshield. I'm grateful to those men for working on my truck. They were polite and helpful in answering my questions. Also, affordable prices, I got a several quotes that were higher. It was worth driving the 3-hour round trip. I was referred to their shop by a relative and will happily go again! 10/10 service and workmanship. Thank you!

Weirdest encounter I've ever had with a business owner…read more I called to have a windshield replaced on my GMC Sierra a week prior to them coming out for their mobile service, being done at the hospital I work. I was told they would be there Wednesday morning of service. The day of the service, I waited until about 11am and called to see when they were coming out. They texted the technician to call me and give me an ETA, and I was told it would be just another hour. The tech was several hours later than he said he would be and caused me to have to spend an hour and a half extra at the hospital parking lot after work. The tech make a mess of the inside of the truck leaving dirt and black caulking on the console, door, and pillars. He tried to fix a large goop of caulking that had gushed onto the inside of the windshield and pillar, only to make more of a mess. I didn't say anything about this, I just watched. He then said he would have the office replace one of the pillars that got scratched up and covered in caulking pretty bad, and that he would replace it the following week. I was ok with this. He told me I would pay him when he came back out the following week. Two days later, I got an angry call from the owner, demanding an explanation for refusing to pay for service. I tried to explain to him the tech damaged a part, said he was coming with a new part the following week, and that I was supposed to pay him then. The owner said he didn't care what the tech said, that's not how they operate business. He then demanded I pay with a card over the phone. He also asked me why they should be out more money on this job on a part that they can't even get in due to a back order. I once again a stated I never asked for the part to be replaced, or even damaged for that matter. They left the vehicle in worse condition than before they touched it, but badgered me over what the tech did. I told the owner I was fine with him just deducting the price of the part off of the windshield and I can get it in my own time if that's an issue. He still had a strong attitude with me, but said fine, find the price and call me back, and hung up. I ended up talking to someone else a little while later and we got the price deducted, and I agreed to drive the 60 miles out of my way to leave the check in their drop box the following day, which I just did. And took video proving I wrote a check that matched their invoice, and my truck vin, with their sign in the background, just so this outrageous place doesn't try to attack me again or blame me for anything. This has been the most unprofessional and strangest encounter with a business, and an owner at that. Wow. UPDATE: Water has been leaking into the truck due to extremely poor workmanship. Many spots were missing sealant, the cowlgaurd was damaged, and the paint was all scratched up when cutting the old windshield out. This was all pointed out by an actual experienced tech at another Glass Dr. facility, while I got to see the whole process. This was supposed to come with a 1 year warranty but it was not honored. Ended up having to spend several hundred dollars for another Glass Dr. shop to do. I tried to call the original Glass Dr. location in Great Falls, MT multiple times with absolutely no response. Not only this, but this has now caused many electrical issues as water has leaked into the dash. Absolutely do not use this place. If anything is done to make any of this right, I'm happy to update this accordingly. But I really don't have high hopes.
