I e-mailed to try to list my home for lease. I never received a message or call back. Guess this company does not need my listing.

We interviewed 5 local realtors and picked Josh due to his very prompt responsiveness and the fact that he has personal "skin in the game" with his own rental properties in the area. He excels in identifying properties with a strong price-to-rent ratio, accurately estimating rent prices, and knowing the right neighborhoods to focus on. Josh's knack for spotting properties with potential, even if they need repairs (creating an even better deal for us investors), was invaluable. His extensive network in the industry brought us great deals from surrounding markets. Josh's dedication, availability, and market expertise made the entire process seamless. We highly recommend Josh, particularly for his expertise and commitment to helping us secure a fantastic property that will be fantastic to live in and turn in to a great rental property. Josh will be our go-to for all future purchases (or advise) and our recommendation for anybody purchasing in the area.

This review is for Jennifer Henry at Tierra Antigua Realty in Sierra Vista, AZ…read more First and foremost, I have to admit that I've had to deal with two (2) HORRIBLE realtors in the past (ERA being the most recent..UGH!), so when it came time to really seal the deal and find yet another realtor who I wanted to have my best interest at heart as a seller, I found myself doing yet another round of "realtor interviews". BLUF: Jennifer is absolutely no nonsense. When she meets you for the first time, she'll have some serious questions for you - to include what your expectations are of her, so everything can be discussed and right expectations set from the start from all parties. She's on top of real estate laws, works well with communicating to her clients, and is very well networked in the area. I met w/ Jennifer in mid/late December, expecting that it would take 2-3 months to sell the house. She set my mind at ease, informing me that my house was staged perfectly, and after all of her market research, that my house would likely sell within 60 days. She also did her homework and informed me of a good price-point to sell my house at, so that it would appeal to the highest number of people, but not having me give my house away. Jennifer got an offer the first week...and for FULL ASKING PRICE! (The realtor w/ ERA was trying to hose me over BIG TIME). As I moved out of state by this time, she was in constant communication with me, and even took my calls when she was sick or in the middle of something else. Better yet, she knew how much time I spent at work, so when she needed something, she knew when to call me (after work), or if it was important, she'd text me. Jennifer also pushes for contingent offers, so sellers don't find themselves without a buyer should the first offer fall through, so she definitely works for her money. She's passionate about what she does, and she does it well. I should have gone with my gut the first time and hired Jennifer, but I will tell you, as a lesson learned, Jennifer will always have my business. Now I just hope she gets her realtor license in CA so I can use her again! Thank you, Jennifer, for making my experience a great one. Because of you, I can now be in my CA home without worry, without a second mortgage to pay, and knowing that I can finally, completely, move on in my life. Thank you.

I was provided with an agent, Lindsey Arnold, who sent me the management agreement and said that there was a few things that needed to be fixed in the home. I knew there would be. I made arrangements for the carpet in two bedrooms to be replaced and she was going to get me a quote for a cleaning and she mentioned facia on the front of the home. When she sent me the quotes I asked her if she was going to get other quotes because I felt the quotes were kind of high...she said she would. Not even 30 minutes later she sent me an email stating that they were not in the business of competing vendors for quotes and that she wanted to terminate the contract. I was floored. I could not believe that just because I asked for other quotes that they would terminate my contract. When I called the office they said they were concerned that we would have enough money to pay for home improvements if needed...all because I asked for multiple quotes. Both my spouse and I are pretty well compensated and while that would not have been a problem my dad is on a budget of retirement and social security so I was trying to be thoughtful of his budget as competition gets better deals and any consumer shops around. Well, I should have shopped around more for a management company. I do not recommend Haymore at all...especially since we had only been working together for a week and I had not rented out. A home before...some education and communication would have been better.

Rental Experience Review - Bradley Properties, Sierra Vista, Arizona…read more This review reflects our personal experience renting a home through Bradley Properties in Sierra Vista, Arizona. We rented through Bradley Properties for a one-year lease, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. At move-in on March 1, we did not have hot water for approximately three weeks. This was during cold weather, and going without hot water for that length of time was very difficult. The overall condition of the home at move-in appeared poor. The grass and weeds were overgrown. The carpets were heavily stained despite having reportedly been professionally cleaned. The vinyl plank flooring was damaged and uneven. Several kitchen drawers did not have proper slides installed and instead scraped directly against the wood frame, creating sawdust that would fall into food. The kitchen cabinets themselves were visibly pulling away from the wall, which raised concerns for us about how securely they had been installed. Maintenance during the lease was slow in our experience and often required us to coordinate directly with contractors ourselves, even after providing written consent for entry. At one point, the carbon monoxide detector was left beeping for four consecutive days before the issue was addressed, which was concerning from a safety standpoint. When the microwave failed, it took nearly a full month for a replacement to be installed, during which time we were without a microwave. The replacement unit appeared to be a very low-cost model. During normal use, the bottom trim piece came loose. We submitted a maintenance request two weeks before move-out when this occurred. Despite this, we were charged $30 at move-out for the repair. Based on our experience, the issue appeared to stem from the quality of the replacement unit rather than any misuse. The pool service was another ongoing issue during our tenancy. The pool was frequently not in swimmable condition, and we found a dead bird in the pool approximately once a week. At move-out, the lease required tenants to pay for professional house cleaning, professional carpet cleaning, and a paid bug inspection, in addition to automatic re-keying charges and keeping utilities on after surrendering possession. We complied with all of these requirements and provided receipts. While many of these policies may be written into the lease, our overall experience felt heavily administrative and less service-oriented than we expected. Based on our experience, we would encourage prospective tenants to carefully review the lease terms and ask detailed questions before signing.

Its unfortunate this company has such as large share of the market in the area. They are horrible to work with and will scam you for every penny they can. Don't expect to get any of your security deposit back unless you take detailed pictures of every single thing in the house and document it on your move in checklist. They work with the homeowners and local repair companies to put as much cost of repairs / replacements / upgrades on the tenant as possible. Additionally, they charge outrageous amounts for normal things like filling nail holes and reapplying paint. In my house...you could see the rushed, cheap patch work done on nearly every wall..so its not like they're actually doing anything well. Furthermore, their response time for issues with appliances is horrendous. We were without a working fridge/freezer for weeks, and had a similar experience with the washing machine. There is no good will from this company, even if you try to reason with them and do them favors (I repaired the broken fridge and saved them time & money after they valued the damaged fridge at $1800). They also expect you as a tenant to take care of things in the house that are not a tenant's responsibility anywhere else I have ever lived. I would like to say this is an isolated incident and that I had a bad experience but I worked with numerous people who had very similar experiences. I am a successful engineer and rarely speak bad about anyone but this group effectively made these issues personal. They are greedy, unfair, unjust, and are borderline exploitative. If it was worth my time, I would pursue legal action just to get my security deposit back. If you are considering renting from this company, feel free to email me at paulstrz2010@gmail.com and I will gladly send you a copy of the move out inspection and documentation they used to claim deductions from my security deposit.
