Specifically, Lemonie has been great to work with. She's very responsive, easy to communicate with, and does a great job finding tenants quickly. This past year has been especially difficult with storm damage and having to replace a roof during monsoon season. Since I'm out of town for work, I was worried about how everything would get handled, but Lemonie really stepped up. She coordinated with multiple contractors, stayed in contact with my tenants, and handled everything professionally. She made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier for me. I really appreciate having someone I can trust to take care of my properties when I'm not there. Thank you, Lemonie, for everything you do for me and my tenants!

Unfortunately, when she moved on from TRT to Taylor Street, my experience as a client quickly declined and shifted to the other end of the spectrum. It's been a poor experience since then. My management agreement expired earlier this year, however TRT charged me a cancellation fee for the agreement expiring. I do not have high hopes that TRT will fulfill their remaining duties outlined in the agreement given that there's confusion with the English language and what the words "expired" and "cancelled" mean. I'll be sure to update again after I'm completely finished with TRT.

Michael's deep knowledge of the Tucson commercial market and his connections to the people on the other side of the deal ensured we only looked at properties that were real contenders for my project. Within a matter of 60-days and several conversations, we honed in on signing a second lease through him in the greater Phoenix market and are currently working on purchasing a former practice including the real estate. In one instance we had to get an offer in on a home at 9pm on a Sunday due to the home getting multiple offers. She was there for us over the phone without hesitation.
