From the moment I walked into the Marina office David Kazmark, the owner, made me feel welcome and gave me the sense that I was in good hands. From my research I knew that it was a sellers market. Was I lucky that through serendipity that Patchogue Shores Marina had exactly what I wanted, yes! but I am even luckier that David and his sales manager Fletch Adamo treated me fairly and professionally. Through every step of the process Fletch and David have been helpful. They made a process that can be difficult in the best of times as simple and accommodating through a very complicated time.
