No issue with paint chipping off, too hot wax, cuts or anything. They actually LISTEN to you!! I'm more of a classic style person. So when I ask not too keep my brows all boxed & square like the current trend they get it. I don't wear nails but Miss Tracy must be the shizzle bc as long as I've been coming people will wait over an hour for her. At 1 point she was the only one doing nails here but the young lady recently hired is just as sweet. And from customers reactions she does a great job too.
