I even switched for H&R Block last year to Jackson Hewitt and was supposed to get a hundred off and was told by the General manager RAY MIHTAR that I don't get it. I called three other Jackson Hewitt office's and was told that I should have gotten the hundred dollars off but they can't help me cause it's personally owned by RAY MIHTAR. Plus I was never shown the fees until after they proceed my return and printed my paperwork. Now I can't do anything about what he changed me. I tried to talk to RAY MIHTAR(the General manager) and he said he will take off a hundred dollars on my next year taxes but won't help me this year. I am so upset. I am a struggling mother with a disabled husband and son plus taking care of my mother who just had a stroke. I really needed all my money this year. I could have done my taxes myself if I would have been told the fees first. Please share so no one else has to go though this.
