No one in office, no one picked up the phone, doors locked, no one in the parking lot. To top it off, last year I submitted information and they filed it 5 months late. I am absolutely flabbergasted they are still in business. Called corporate and was informed this location is not open on the day we were scheduled, despite the sign saying it was open but by appointment only. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Please save yourself the time and flush your money down the toilet instead.

If you have anything other than a W2, beware! I had a temporary job last year that didn't withhold taxes and I was charged about $100 extra for them to fill out that form... on the computer... which took about 5 minutes. I also didn't get the greatest feeling about the expertise of the folks there-- they didn't know how to account for some credits for which I was eligible. It took about an hour and a half for them to enter a bunch of data with not much expertise to back it up.
