I absolutely LOVE that Dr. Treadway does soft tissue work in addition to chiropractic adjustments, because it often so needed. They also offer cupping, dry needling, and other services that l'm sure l'm completely unaware of. They accept insurance too, which often makes them much more affordable than most other chiropractors. I have Tourette Syndrome, which makes me a complex and easily injured patient, and unlike multiple other chiropractors, Dr. Treadway has never ONCE mentioned that I need to stop doing my tics or guilted me for doing them, which I SOOO appreciate because it would absolutely crush my spirit and make me feel so so discouraged. I actually thanked her for that at my most recent appointment and she said something like "Why would I make you feel bad or tell you to stop doing something that you have literally no control over?" She is truly so patient and incredible. Location-wise, they aren't the closest chiropractors to my house (I live south of Franklin and they are in North Franklin), but if necessary, l'd drive even farther to be adjusted by Dr. Treadway because of how much better I feel after her adjustments by her. Highly highly recommended! I also take my elementary aged child who can be a handful and Dr. Treadway is so patient with my child a gives my child such thorough adjustments. My child really likes going to see her. I should also mention that my husband gets adjusted by Dr. Davis and is very pleased with Dr. Davis' adjustments. The 7:00am appointments they offer are very convenient for him because he works close-by in Cool Springs and is able to get adjusted before work. Lastly, I wanted to mention that we would still go to Drs. Davis and Treadway if they didn't accept insurance because they are so exceptional. The fact that they do is just the icing on the cake.

My regular chiropractor (a small independent office) was on vacation so I thought I'd give them a try. I think they were just being conservative in the adjustment / treatment. I've tried them in a couple of locations for the same reasons when traveling and had a similar experience. Then, their business model is getting you to sign up for plans, etc but my clinical experience with them just didn't get results. Once I got back to my usual guy he was able to fix it immediately. I asked at what point do we get put in the line and couldn't get an answer. I have not experienced this at other locations even not holding a current active membership and ended up leaving this location after waiting an hour and a half and still no time estimate when I would be seen. I can't speak to the quality of care and am sure they do a great job adjusting patients- this is just my experience with the individual at the front desk.

My reason for giving them one star: Major billing issues…read morefor patients with Blue Cross. Resilient charged my wife more than what we should have paid (according to our EOB) and required that she pay money up front. My wife had met her deductible and should have been charged $12 (20% of $60 allowed). Instead, they made her pay $72. They did this twice. When I noticed the EOB said we should have paid $12 (instead of $72 they charged us), I called them. Resilient said Blue Cross cut their payments and they are charging patients extra to make up the lost income. I told them that this is not allowed and Resilient responded that it was. If you are a patient of Resilient and use Blue Cross insurance, you should check your EOBs and make sure that you haven't paid them more than what Blue Cross says you should. If you did, don't waste time calling Resilient. Call Blue Cross.
