The range is the right choice for serious cooks who are ready to make an investment and it helps that Adirondack's Tom Thibeault is also the New England Sales Manager so I can expect good service if there are problems. But what really blew me away was the work on our hood, a massive brass Abbaka dating back to 1990. Tom took it upon himself to retrofit it with new blowers as a special project and then he and his dad (the same service tech who fired me as a customer once upon a time) stayed up late at night polishing it to its original gleam. In short, in this instance, my experience with Adirondack Appliance was as good as it gets. I recognize this was a high-end installation and you may not get the same service with a routine washer dryer install, especially with appliances in short supply during the pandemic. But, as a famous ad guy once said, when you reach for the stars you're much less likely to end up with a handful of mud.
