Both instillation (7 years?) and the units (12 year) had a great warranty. They were able to offer this because they are a diamond elite rated Mitsubishi contractor. There were no false promises of time frames because the company was very straightforward about needs for permits before work. On the day of instillation, the crew insisted on working through a rainstorm to get all of the units installed in a few hours. Since instillation, the units have worked wonderfully, but it's comforting to know that someone is there to help if something goes wrong.

You can call the listed number and you will be redirected to a cell number where in all probability you will not get any answer. Leave a message, then wait a week or so and leave another message and so on. Not exactly the best business practice. I like to give the small local guy my business but unfortunately they are not always the best choice.

Aaron and his crew did an outstanding job during the two day installation. There was a minor hiccup that Aaron diagnosed and fixed in about five minutes. They thoroughly cleaned up inside and outside after the work was done (a rare thing these days!). Aaron's attention to detail is second to none - leveling the AC unit (my previous one was never quite level), installing an easy shutoff switch, clean seam lines on ductwork. Patti, the service dispatcher, is an absolute delight and is always able to get someone to the house in a timely manner. Ryan, the happy plumber, has done several jobs for us. He not only fixes our plumbing problems, but often makes improvements as well. And seriously, he really seems to love his job! Then today, our furnace stopped working. Just stopped! Patti was able to arrange for someone to get here within a couple of hours. Christian and John arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, went and got the needed part then repaired the furnace in a timely manner. They even performed a full cleaning and service on the furnace while they were here. They were super friendly and professional!
