On the phone I was told a price of 575, which is high, but I wanted to give the local company the business. I was shocked when after the tank was pumped that the price demanded was nearly doubled at $1080. That's when the lies started. The "Gentleman" lied to me saying that he was digging for 2 hours trying to find the Lids to my septic tank, in fact one lid was fully exposed before he got there, the. other lid was 3": under the surface across from the exposed lid. My tenant said that with-in 15 mins of arriving he stated pumping, both lids were open. He then claimed my tank was over 2000 gallon and it cost more because it was bigger. In fact, it is a 1200-gallon tank. He said he was there for almost 3 hours, which was the 3rd lie, My Tenant said he was there less than an hour, makes me sick to deal with such dishonest people.
