She was very patient and accommodating as I asked many questions and made changes regularly. She did not try and push me to purchase any specific products or to get started. When we were ready so were they. The contractors, Omar Flores & Alejandro Borges from Atlas Remodeling came out and were fantastic! They were knowledgeable, friendly, reliable and meticulous in their work. I can't say enough good things about them and Clermont Kitchens and Bath. We will definitely use them again for any future remodeling needs.

We were so impressed by Frank Hollinger Family Flooring! We got quotes from three different…read moreinstallers for a whole house porcelain tile job (we bought the tile in advance from Floor & Decor), and Frank Hollinger's was the most reasonable price and the most straightforward. I'm so grateful we went with them because they did an incredible job. Michael's crew was even better than we were hoping for. They showed up on time, were very detailed in their work, made sure the leveling and spacing was perfect, and were in constant contact with us, making sure any concerns or questions were immediately addressed. One of my favorite parts of their work is when they showed us an issue with leveling or spacing and then fixed it without us having to say a word. They also left the house in a much better condition than I was expecting with some cleaning (everything was covered in tile dust after they removed the old tile). Overall, it was just a wonderful job. I'm relieved we had such a great experience with tile installation and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

It was a smooth process from getting the estimate to finish project. After agreeing to hire them for the project with deposit and signed contract, we got information of what to expect as we are providing the tiles that we like instead of going through them. Once the contractor came, he got right to it and got it done fast. Overall, it's a great company that communicate with us, clean up after themselves, and getting it done right throughout the whole process! The cost of the service is cheaper for what they offer compare to other competitors.

My Pool Repairs is the best pool company we've ever had the pleasure of doing business with! I…read morecannot say enough about the customer service, repair technicians, and pool cleaning technicians. We've had several different pool companies over the 7 years we've lived in Kissimmee. This company came through in a pinch for us when our pool wasn't working properly and needed several repairs as well as cleaning maintenance. Carie and Michelle in the office were wonderfully kind, patient explaining what needed to be done, and quick getting us our repairs and cleanings scheduled asap. The repair technician, Michael was especially kind and helpful. You will get the best service and support with this team. Plus they have the most competitive prices in the area. Thank you again for all you did for me and my family.

I flew in from the west coast just for the install and the morning of install at 8:45am they emailed me that they needed to push out the install out multiple days. This was not acceptable as we had guests coming and I was only in town for the day. They kept saying they would try and get out that day, but a few hours later they informed me I needed a permit prior to install which was not mentioned up until that point. That put the brakes on the project of course. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company especially if you are trying to get a project done at a specific time.

Tilden Rd as Stoneybrook West Parkway is for residents only. He calls me at 09:05am saying that the gate code doesn't work. I told him that he is most likely at Stoneybrook West Parkway. He said he would drive around and come, and the drive takes no more than 5 mins. At 09:26 I called him back, he said that he was stuck in traffic and he would be at my house in 1 min and sarcastically said "sir can you wait 1 min, if not I leave". I told him that it was rude but I still wanted him to come over. I was waiting for him, I saw him park in front of the house and then leave 10 seconds later. I called him back, and he said "you said you don't want me here so I took a picture and I left". I told him I still wanted him to come and take a look at my balconies, each 1 000 sq ft. He said he didn't want to come and he left. Not only he lied, he was being rude and sarcastic and made me waste my time waiting for him. I am not sure why Floor and Décor suggested your company when there is such bad service.

You have done at least three projects on my home and are in the process of doing another. Every project you do you go above and beyond. You make each customer feel important no matter how big or how small the project. I also commend you on how you answer questions, return calls, meet with people to set up and do and complete each project. And you do it in such a timely manner. I want you to know that you Romain took the time to explain to me everything you were doing during the course of the project. I think it is wonderful how you work with each customer.
