That's not even the best part, the equipment they repaired doesn't work. It constantly stalls out . My question is what did you fix? Do you know what you're doing? I think not! Extremely disappointing experience…read more I contacted Capritta Appliances because they are an authorized Samsung repair center. My refrigerator wasn't working properly, and I paid $140 for the diagnostic visit. The technician basically told me the repair would be too expensive and recommended replacing the refrigerator. Then--nothing. They never called me back with a repair estimate, never followed up, and never explained the next steps. I had to call them myself several days later. I was actually ready to buy a new Samsung refrigerator from Capritta and even had one selected from their website. It was the last day of a Memorial Day promotion, and I explained that I needed a refrigerator urgently. The sales department still couldn't help me and insisted everything had to be done by email. I eventually spoke with supervisor Rebecca, but I felt completely dismissed rather than helped. I then called another company. They delivered a new refrigerator the next day AND determined that my old refrigerator was actually repairable. So I paid Capritta $140, received no estimate, no follow-up, and no meaningful solution--while another company solved my problem. Extremely frustrating customer service. I will never use Capritta again and cannot recommend them based on my experience.
